OMG! Thanks everyone for their honest reviews and for sharing their experience with this company. I almost ordered a full lace wig, but decided to wait and look up complaints about this company and came to this site. Thank you so much, i saved over $345. Now i know to stay away from this company!

I ordered for the first time a lace wig from RPG show, a customized one. The reviews on YouTube are amazing but I found one horrible. You could see the hair was sooooo dry and tangling... It reminded me my very first human hair wig, not Remy though. It is just impossible to wear. After watching that video on YouTube I decided to look for reviews, which I should had done in first place, and I can tell you I am soooo scary right now. I saved during such a long time to be able to afford a customised Remy hair wig you have no idea. I am Caucasian and I have genetic hair loss and this wig is so important for me. If the hair is not quality hair, if it is dry and tangles just like my old wig and the one I saw on YouTube I really don't know what I am going to do. I really hope my wig is 100% Remy quality hair and in pristine condition because I paid 500 dollars!!!

I have ordered from rpgshow three times and I have been happy with my wigs. I wear my wigs everyday and they have each lasted 6 months to a year

rpg wig... bad!!!!
I purchased a wig from them. I cancelled the order a few days later as they were on vacation and I would not receive it when I needed it. They still shipped it! I received the unit, and opened it out of curiosity... It is horrible!!! The hair texture is rough, the colour is ugly and the length is short!!! I did not even try it on. I put it back in the package and email them stating that I want to return the wig and want my full refund of $449. They are not even answering my emails! I have filed a complaint with paypal. This is the worst wig I have purchase in my life!

By the way they don't give u free hair brush after u paid that amount of money they want u to pay $5more dollar to get a hair brush nut on you tube they have girls that reviews their wegs n keep saying it comes with free hair bush that's a lie it doesn't shsme on u rpg I paid $500 for a weg u don't care about ur customers but money I'll never buy anything from tjis site every again,girls don't believe what they say go buy ur wegs else were n affordable n delivers what they advertise.

I bought a $500 weg n it says free hair brush comes with it, but I got the hair witj out the free brush when I sent an email to ask why they told me if I need the brush I need to pay $5 what the...all over you tube u got people to review ur weg n they keep saying it comes with free hair brush...if it is then where is my freken brush u except me to pay $5 shame on you,the weg is not even worth $500 I'll never evere buy anything from this site n girl if don't believe me go check you tube out everyone says free brush its not free at all.shame on u rpg u don't care about customers u just care about money....misleading people is not going to get u anywere Shame on u.I'm very disappointed n discussed about thissite. girls go buy ur wegs else where not worth ur money n time, buy where u can afford n someone that delivers what they said they will deliver. I wasted my $500 for nothing I really regret buying from this site?I wish I saw this reviews before instead of the stupid you tube. Rpg never again u guys r liars big time

Do not buy a wig from this company
I am one of those people who contemplated buying a wig from RPGshow after watching numerous youtube gurus do reviews of the wigs. Despite many of the negative comments, I decided to take a leap of faith and ordered a wig from their sales site to start with. Let me tell you, that was the dumbest thing I did, and I threw 250 dollars down the drain. When the wig first arrived it looked decent and somewhat realistic I guess, but idk I always think they look "wiggy," but then again I'very never really worn wigs. I decided to go natural a few months ago and wearing wigs I decided would be my protective style. I did not co wash the hair upon receiving it so the wig looked fine, so I stupidly cut the lace. After washing the wig 2 weeks later, the problems began. The wig shed like crazy, it was frizzy, and would not hold a curl. I contacted RPGSHOW to report the problems and Wendy let's me know that first of all the hair was Remy hair (so not completely human), and recommend that I deep conditioned it. She refuses to mwet me halfway or alleviate my disdain for this company right about now. This was the worst shopping experience and I would steer clear of that company. The wig will not be worth the money you spend trust me.
RPGSHOW IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!
P.S I purchased the Ashanti bob wig from the sales site

There's no way to exchange
I ordered a wig, got it in about five days. I need to return it because it's too short. I've called them over and over again to no avail. I've emailed them and they won't respond. They sent me a glue less wig with no combs in it. It says to contact them within seven days of receiving it in order to exchange or get a refund. I'm starting to think I've got GOT because they are ghost.

Don't believe the hype
I watched several youtube videos of exception wigs from RPG show. I finally saved up my $300 and ordered a wig. Shipping is ridiculously long. When the unit finally arrived,it was nothing like what I seen advertised on youtube, The sytle, length, and quality was unacceptable. I emailed RPG to see how to return the unit and nobody responded. I called no answer. I guess I'm just out of $300.

RPG show fraud
I looked through several youtube videos of really nice wigs that are supposed to be from RPG show. I finally decided on one and ordered it. It arrived in a busted up box from China. The hair quality was TERRIBLE. The hair is human blend but they advertised 100% human hair. The unit was supposed to be 12 inches long but some areas is 3-4 inches long.The unit was not as pictured on their site or in the youtube videos. When I went onto the page to get the return form it had been removed. I emaled RPG show several times and they refuse to give me the address to return the wig unless I first send them pictures of it. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. It took me 6 weeks to finally get my $300 + back. Honestly, they have better wigs in your local wig shop. The wigs advertised on youtube were FREE units that RPG sent out for advertisement but not what you will receive as a paying customer.

Bad Wigs from RPGwigsshow
I purchased a nice wig from RPG and decided to buy another of the same kind. The texture, color, and quality was nothing like the one I purchased before. So I contact RPG to tell them and they told me that they cannot guarantee the same texture and quality wig. So ladies don't waste your money on RPG wigs.

Don't buy wigs from RPG, because they don't guarantee the quality and texture of there wigs. The wigs that I have purchased recently would not hold a curl and would get very tangled.

BEWARE/ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Beware of ordering from this company. I ordered a wig that cost $400. The wig was different from what was advertised, looked hot mess. I notified the company immediately, requesting exchange or refund in money. Wig finally was returned and received by them. It was very difficult to get them to send information where to return the wig. Communication is awful. They take your money and do not honor their poor merchandise. I am still waiting on them to send a wig to me. I have requested return of money but neither have occurred. They send these crazy emails telling you the order is being processed and as soon as complete they will send tracking number. I do not believe anyone should waste their hard earned money on this fake hair. It is too risky and not reliable for providing you what you thought you was buying. It really is best to see what you are buying and avoid dealing with scammers like RPGSHOW.
There are better businesses out here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. PICTURES ARE VERY DECEIVING.
