when my coverage on the dishwasher about to be renewed,i was contacted by sears & I accepted they started taking 49$ out of my amex automatically, than today I was contacted by sears asking me if I like to buy coverage on my dishwasher, I said I already have & ipay monthly he said no you don't, I called the phone on my amex billon line I was told the coverage was for something else & not even the master coverage were they come & do preventative maintenance , I am very upset for all the money you have been taking, for a coverage I didn't ask for,i requested a refund the lady said no you have to email sears,
I need my money back asap please . I am an older lady & you should not have mislead me

Dear sir or maddam, I have been a loyal customer of Sears-Roebuck for many years and have always been pleased with your products. Until the beginning of this mowing season! I purchased a Z6100-0-turn mower at the end of April 2017- delivered May 2 2017. I have a problem with the mower braking and steering to the left. The mower did very well last year, but at the beginning of this years mowing season all I have had is problems. I gave $2734.89 and that is a lot of money for 1 1/2 years mowing season. I could have purchased 2 regular riding mowers and gotten 10 to 12 years of service out of them, maybe more?!! Is there anything your company can do to help me with this problem?
