facebook charge me twice..not giving me credits
On Sunday,January 8,2012 Face book charge my credit card $10.00 .I only authorized $10.00 once to be charged to my credit card.Then I only received $5.00 worth of fb credits instead of $10.00!I try calling the number that was on my credit card statement but no response back..told me to go to this website!

I have a total of 24 @ 50.00 charges on my bank account, thank goodness for my bank that caught these, i used one site a total of 3 time.. i know i did that? but, the other 21 ???? please contact me and see what the heavens is going on ? the bank said i could bring charges? but, if i can find out what happened and straighten things out ? i am a little old lady that really needs to know WTF HAPPENED?
