charges denied by bank
I used my debit card to purchase facebook credits on 5/24. They were accepted, as I checked my online banking balance. I noticed that the next day only one was on the balance. I called BofA this morning and learned that they were denied later as the purchases were too close together. How can I fix this?

I have 2 charges on facebook for credits using my husbands card and he does not even go on facebook. This happen last month in May and I called the baqnk about it and cancelled his card. One was 50.00 and the other was 250.00. How are people using his card ?

My bank called me today to let me know several game charges were posted to my account. I would like them taken off my account. Your automated services says they will contact us ASAP so I would appreciate this as I am not well and cannot take the stress of money being used I didn't approve of. I went to the Bank as my charges are going through on pending but I don,t receive anything. I had a scam going on my computer and I got it before it could do any damage so I had to change my debit card. The bank, Microsoft and HP saved me before they could do nothing that amounted to anything. Please look into my account and see why I can't buy gold bricks. On 06-06-2013 Facebook tried to collect $280.30 for advertisement I canceled card on same day on 06-07-2013 Facebook tried to collect $81.00 and $511.00 on canceld card. Facebook charged me $99.80 which was unauthorized on my checking account I would appreciate then re-imbursing me for such charges.These charges were not authorize by neither my husband or myself !!

my visa debit card keep being decline it in the amount of 10.00 i have two of them in the amount of 10.00. I tried to purchase game cash for 7.00, i put in the correct information and expiration date, which is 2/15/13. I contacted bank and they say the problem is with facebook my cards are good.
