on 8-3-2012 i was charged 150.00 usdollars for 1,150 citiville cash this was done by a five year old boy. i want facebook to refund charges made on my credit card. face book needs some means to prevent such charges being made! facebook can have thier citicash back! [email protected]

unauthorized charge
I had 10 dollars charged to my card ending in 9757. I called the number the customer service lady gave me from turbo tax and I tried calling it and there was no one to talk to it gave me the web address c.facebook.com/credits to go to and it wouldn't pull up. I googled this and found this site. Please call me at 218-310-5011 my name is Tara and this needs to be resolved soon please. Thanks

unauthorised transactions
My name is chikaodili okpala i have neve bought any product from Face book, but for some reason I found out that a total three $20 was charged on my account I called my bank and was told to contact you asap. My no is 570 232 3243 please call me as soon as possible so that this issues will be resolved. cos the balance i have on my account is $1.98.

Unauthorized charges
I had 2 unauthorized charges on my debit card on 8/29/12, $151.75 and $253.88
I called my bank and told me they were from facebook.I NEVER bought anything!!!
My bank gave me a phone number to contact you at 650-543-7818.The recording voice told me to go to c.facebook.com/credits
write to you and you will contact me.

Charged over amount
I was charged 50.00 instead of the smaller and 40% off as advertised. The credit card gave me this information and I would like you to get this cleared up. facebook charges unauthorized on my visa
This is illegal putting charges on my visa without authorize from me. I was charged $30.86 on my visa by facebook.com*EYDF4228P www.fb.me/ what on earth is that. Please refund ASAP I am also cancelling my facebook account I do not trust them anymore and also warning all my friends on this matter with facebook. I guess this is how they make their money with unauthorized charges.

on 11/18/2012 my husband ordered 59,000,000. credits, the charge on my debit was denied, I looked at my checking account and Facebook took the $59.00 out of my account... I want that $59.00 credited back to my account, You may contack me at 704-884-6772. The credits also were not credited to Michael A. Valentine he ordered for double down casino.... Please refund my money as soon as possible.....

My husband tried to purchase 59,000.000. tokens to play double down casino, they came back and said my card was denied, I look at my checking account and the charge for 59.00 was deducted from my account. please refund the money back to my accoun as the tokens were not given. do not want the tokens, I want my 59.00 back in my account
