Unauthorized charges
I called my bank for the unauthorized charge on my credit card. Bang given me the no 6505437818. But the recoeding told me to go to c.facebook.com/credits. But this website cant found. I want this unauthorized charges to be removed from my creditcard. [email protected]

I have been charged 155.83 3 times on 12/1/12,,I did authorize three purchases for coins on best casino(diwip).what I did authorize was 3 purchases for 10.00 each for coins on their sale 168,000 coins for 10.00 NOT,,I repeat NOT 155.83. please remove all theses charges and bill only the authorized amount of 10.00x3.I have ask My bank to NOT pay these charges,,and they have put them on HOLD.call Me ASAP at 507-720-0057

my credit card number was was not authorized charges and I do not think that I should have to pay for charges that I did not do and I have took steps on this end to stop it by closing that card number out. I think u people needs to replace the money that u took out of my account it would in the acess of 500.00 dollars. You guys will not get any more of my money and I my close my facebook account. the card number is 4680591520837045 and my name is Allen Rounds and I think u people need to get in touch with me asap my # is 256-486-4851

There was money taken out of my account with the last four digits 9911. Not sure how this I don't play game or anything on Face book. I would like for all of my Money to get put back in my account.

Charged and didn't receive item
Used credit card to buy 50 gold coins on War Commander, company KIXEYE, charge is pending and want it removed and money put back in my acount....Invoice number 9011846694097. Was at 0944 15 December 2012 for 50.00 dollars and credit card number is masked. Credit card company stated had to get ahold of you for you will cancel item and return money to my card.

today when i checked my bank acct i saw there were 2 charges for a total of 59.80 charged to facebook... i did not authorize these payments. we also called the number the bank gave us.. it says nothing is available??? how can we contact fb on this?

didnt recieve poker chips
i purchased 15 miull poker chips from playdom on face book they took the money from my acount but didnt put the chips on my poker palce acount on facebookthey took 99 dollars and 99 cents on 1-2-2013 about 5:10 pm wednsday. checked today still havent recieved my chips. ty daric anderson 325-716-9242

tried to buy 10.00 for farmville cash(50)
the bank charged my credit card ,but I did not get the farmville cash, this is the 2nd time this has happen to me,last week, I bought 2.00 (10) FARMVILLE CASH AND DID NOT GET IT.I thought it didn't go thru so I did it again and it charged to my bank account for the 2.00 (10) the 3rd time I got (10) farmville cash. did not receive my farmbucks
I purchased 115 dollars in farmbucks for 20.00 I received and used them. A few minutes later I did the same thing but I did not get credit for the 115 in farmbucks the page went to make a post and when it return me to my farmville 2 page my farmbucks I purchased the second time was gone. So I paid for them but did not get to use them. I only got to use 3.00 that all that the screen showed.
