my name is ocie mills $20.00 was charged from my bank account on a game on facebook (dragon city) I checked my review of my account it shows 1 purchuse of 20.00 but you withdrew 2 purchuses of 20.00 please return my 20.00 dollars or credit me to the game but don't just take my money never had a problem before why now please contact me to resolve this matter thank you.

Unauthorized Amounts from Card
I have found three unauthorized charge of $49.99 on March 12, 2014, another of $49.99 again on March 12, 2014 and one of $9.99 on March 12, 2014. Then other charges of $49.99 on March 11, 2014, another one for again $49.99 on March 11, 2014, as well as an $9.99 charge on March 11, 2014 on my card. This all occurred on the one week that I was not even on that much because of a new job, and that I usually never use my card unless it is for a small amount for a reward for my daughter. I want to know why this was taken off my card, and have already contacted my card, and they told me to try to work it out with you. So in total there is $219.94 in unauthorized charges that was desperately needed this week to fix the caliper on my car so I will not lose my job. Please contact me today on March 15, 2014 at 440-563-9241, or 440-563-1314 to clear this issue up.

yea, i just got off of the phone with my bank and was informed that over 300.00 dollars was taken from my account of wich i did not agree to having been taken. i don't understand how anyone can take your money like that without your permission, and also was told by my bank it had been going on since febuary,now i was given a phone number to talk with someone about this whole mess and now i'm finding myself on this site having to tell someone what has happened to my money. and also i see that i'm not the only one who has had this to happen too, well who-ever is going to get this complaint needs to call me asap, and if i do not hear from someone soon then i will find out how about going to file charges against whom ever has done this without my permission,i am very upset about this whole matter and i want to talk to someone about it and not on this site i mean a real person. my phone number is 270-506-2658 and if you need to get this number again it is 270-506-2658, I WILL BE WAITING TO HEAR FROM SOMEBODY SOON IF NOT THEN I WILL DO THE NEXT THING IN FINDING OUT ABOUT WHAT I CAN DO I JUST WANT MY MONEY RETURNED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT SOON... yes, this is klinta duvall i have already made a complaint with charges being made against my bank account without my permission large amounts i must add i also have left my phone number twiced for someone to reach me about this matter now i am not certain how this can be handle without not being able to talk to someone directly but if this does not get resolved then i will check into how i can see where i stand on bringing charges against someone and holding them acountble for making this right with my bank account.i must add again how there are other people on this complaint site not being sure if their problem with this same matter has been resolved but i will not stand by and let this go and that is because i did not agree upon large amounts of money taking from my account, so i am asking again for either someone to contact me so we can go over this matter or put the money back into my account you have my name and obousliy you have my information on how to put it back into my account either way i just want it to be made right with me please!! once again my phone number is 270-506-2658, i either will be waiting for a call from someone in this department who handles this kind of matter or i will be checking my e-mail i just want this to be handle i seriously think it's wrong how this can be done to people and not being able to talk to someone and resolving the matter,i will be waiting!!!!! I was charged $4.99 on facebook and I didnt make any charges. I need to know what I am being charged for how can you charge my account with out informing me through email or confirming that this charges were indeed made by me. I expect to hear some thing from you ASAP how many other times has this happened and I was unawear of them.

Customer Service Sucks
I am pist and upset about Facebook ads. I don't have a lot of money, but signed up with 3 M website which gives you free money towards ads on Facebook. My daughter told me, I am not sure we should do this. But I said we have the free money towards it so we should use it. Lucky she had me put a gift card as a back up. Any ways You started taking out the money. You used the free ones from 3M then took all the money on the gift card. Once I got a alert saying I owed money I freaked out and then gave you my debit card just to make it so I was not negative. I could not call anyone, and it was hard to even find a e-mail address to send you a message. Then you took more money, which I called the bank and they put a stop to that. But here I sit with this negative balance. My daughter did come over to help me today and we found were we can cancel my membership. But of course because I am negative I can't cancel. At this point I am just pist and feel like I was taken advantage of. You hide all the information so it is hard to cancel. I am on a fixed budget because I am disabled, and do not know a lot about computer, so could not find how to cancel. My daughter who works with computer had a hard time finding how to cancel as well she sis finally find it, but like I said I am negative so cannot cancel. I am pretty sure this is illegal, if it is not it is still sad. How can you feel right doing this to someone. Then how can you think it is ok not to have a contact us link for people to submit questions. I just cannot believe kind of a business would do this to anyone. It is just wrong. I expect to hear back from you guys, and I want the money I had to pay out of my own pocket back. Like I said I am disabled. I feel like you took advantage of me. I looked at the page I was told to go to after I called the number the bank gave me, and found I am not the only person you have done this to. Do you ever look at that page? Or is it just a you suckers kind of page. Perhaps you should check it out. The number is 650-543-7818, call that number and it will give you the site.
