Unknown deduction from my bank account
I've been charged £10 a month after booking a Premier Inn hotel room. I was offered a discount on my next booking and it WASN'T made clear I was committing to a £10 monthly payment to Shopperdisc. Very angry. Have spoken to Shopperdisc on 0800 7319935 who will refund the last 3 monthly payments and have emailed me a claim form to recover the rest. Was told it was clear on the website I was committing to £10 monthly payments which I strongly disagree with. I am not an internet novice and have shopped online for years. THIS IS A SCAM! Be very careful everyone.

Unknown deduction from my bank account
I've been reviewing my account and have noticed this £10 payment. I presume this was disguised as a free voucher but now I can't work out which website got me into this. If I can find that out I'll complain and stop using them.
I've asked my bank if it's possible to disable recurring payments altogether as they are difficult to cancel and audit. I much prefer direct debits.

Money taking from account
I have been getting £10 a month taking out of my account for the last 5months not even known. Its a total scam even my accounts were showing no direct debits coming out I want a full refund how do I get my money back

unaware of taking money each month
Noticed a debit payment of £10 a month coming from my account, looked back in previous statements to then realise that this has been happening for just over a year from a company i had never heard of showing on my account as "shoppersdisc". Spoke to someone from the company who said i signed up to it when making an order to domino's pizza online, they apparently said it was very clear when i signed up in order to receive a discount. But i do not remember this and it cant of been very clear as i would NEVER of signed up for it otherwise, its probably a small box that i needed the tick or un-tick and didn't notice, I'm very annoyed as that has been the most expensive pizza I've ever bought. Wont be buying from domino's again as they are responsible for allowing the scams on the site to happen.

I have noticed that this SHOPPERDISC.CO.UK is taking 10 pounds every month from my account since december 2012 until now june 2013. I don't even know this site and they are stealing money from my account. Please help me stop this.

i have just noticed two payments of ten pounds taken from my bank account in august and september 2012 for what i dont know i checked this company out on google and it seems to be a scam for a discount membership which i do not recall signing up to,i have sent an email to someone named mary asking to cancel and also for a full refund.

they offer for a free trial and all i had to pay is delivery charge then it reflects in my card but after 2 weeks i was charge of 89.00 of my card gosh .. pls help

Unknown Dedection from Credit Card
I have just checked my online banking and found a £10 debit to shopperdisc.co.uk whcih shows as a credit card transaction, I have yet to track back all my transactions. But I also purchased tickets from ticketmaster. i did not complete any pop up boxes to request or take advantage of special offers or other discounts and have never benefited from anything nor received any literature to say iv signed up and this is how i take advantage, no membership numbers or anything!!! This is an disgrace, i dont keep a close track on my banking transactions as i know off the top of my head what DD's i have going out and to who so i dont need to keep a close eye on it as it never changes.

Unauthorised Debit Card Transaction
My partner noticed a £10 deduction to this company on her bank statement yesterday.She had to phone them up today to cancel her 'membership' and to get her money back which she did successfully on the freephone number given in this thread. She asked for and got an e-mail confirming this. They told her that play.com were responsible. We have cancelled our accounts with them as a result - beware.

They have just deducted £10:00 from my account..
I will be talking to by my Mastercard people to stop any more going out and registering a formal complaint!!!
I'm not happy, how can they avoid punishment, I'm sure it's totally illegal.

This Shoperdisc scam is happening all over the world. My advice is to ring them up and give them a load of abuse and demand a refund. This is a criminal syndicate, who somehow operate within the realms of UK law. They bring shame on our country and I for one want them exposed. Also we need to expose the companies who do business with them and pass on our details.

I have noticed for the last 4 -5 months in my statement yu have been taking a full £10 out of my account an pd this was unauthorised I wish for all of this to be paid back and am seeking my bank for fraud. I am a expecting mother on small amount of money due to being hospitalised and on benefits from this and am now over drawn in my account which I never am. MONEY TAKING FROM ACCOUNT
I have been having £10 a month coming out of my account for several months now. I went to the bank to try and get something done, as i had rang shopperdisc and they were a waste of time!! So my bank destroyed my old card and issued me with a new one!!!! But that did'nt work either, coz shopperdisc are still taken £10 out of my account. I think it's aweful and something should be done about these companys or whoever they are. Please stop doing this and give me my money back [email protected]

I have just seen that £10 has been taken from my bank account and I have no idea who these people are?? How do I stop this?
I have contacted my bank who are going to raise a fraudulent case if there is no resolution from shopperdisc.co.uk with in 1 week.

Money taken out of my account
Hi have just got in contact with Shopperdisc and ask how i have had £10.00 a month taken out of my bank account with out my permission since last November £30.00 total .I have now cancelled my monthly payments and i am also ringing my bank to make sure no other payments go out. I also ask them to refund me ASAP which they said they would as i spoke to a very nice guy called Jason. The money was taken out when i put in an order with WOWCHER so watch out that you dont sign up to any discount payments which is where i think this originated from. I will check that the money has been returned in my account and will let you know, i enclose the telephone no it is 08007319935, Hope all of you, that has had a problem with this company get your money back.

Hi.
I'm a shamed to say that it looks like i am one of the people who has not checked there Bank statement properly a quick glans and that's it but no more,could anybody out there tell me who these shopperdisc people are,as I'm at a loss,i have read all about those people who have unlawfuly had money taking out of there Bank account without there knowledge or there permission,i also read that they seem to be happy that this Mary who refunds there money what they took unlawfuly,which i find very strange,i myself are one of those people who has been scammed by these reprobates who don't seem to have no shame or feelings the trouble they may have caused,so if anybody out there could possible give me any information IE numbers names and address also could they tell me what there reason or excuses is for taking our money,as i mean to take this a lot further than getting a refund i don't care how much it takes, these people can not avoid punishment, they need to be stopped at any cost,like i said any info about these people will be welcome
