Unknown, unauthorised deduction from my Bank Account
I am livid that a sum of £10 has been deducted from my Bank Account from Shopperdisc.co.uk without my knowledge or prior authorisation. I appear to have recieved nothing at all for this robbery and intend to take the matter further. Please effect an immediate refund or supply details of what this is supposed to relates to and delete my details from your system. Angela Stone.

Unauthorised Payments
They have got me too. I don't track my 2nd bank account as closely as the main household account but when I did have a random check through I too have the parasitic shopperdisc.co.uk taking £10 per month. When I tracked back it has been going on since 2010 when I purchased airline tickets from Ryanair.
I too didn't agree to or fill out any discount offers so this parasitic company is getting their information from the information you are giving these reputable companies......isn't that hacking??
It is about time they were stopped as from internet research this has been going on for years to an awful lot of people, the fraudulent people that run shopperdisc.co.uk must be very, very rich.
I have emailed them and all they offered was a 3 month refund......what a cheek!!!! Then said I would have to fill out a form to claim more which requires a signature and can only be faxed or posted back to them......do they think I fell off a banana boat.......this makes it harder to prove I have sent it, and they have my signature too........no way!!!!!
They also said I purchased tickets from BMI Baby.....which has never happened.....I have proof it was Ryanair on my bank statement and I remember the coupon for £15 off appearing afterwards which would be how the scam works.
I will try Trading Standards but I'm not holding out much hope from what I have read, I have emailed them again and showed my disapproval of just £30 refund.

shopperdisc
Hi,
Checking my bank accounts this morning I noticed two payments of £10.00 each to shopperdisc.co.uk. I checked with Barclays who told me to ring the following number to get it cancelled. 0800 7319935 I rang it and was told I had signed up for it after buying a toy from Argos for collection from a local shop in december last year. I had no memory of this but they agreed to cancel it and refund £10.00. I have received an email confirming this and the money should be back in my account in 10 days. (We shall see).
I tried complaining to Argos by telephone because it was via their website that I got stung by this scam. They just weren't interested saying I must have filled the form in and it was nothing to do with them. Tried complaining by email but you can't send it without a purchase code. emailed the managing director and got back an email saying not us contact some other department. Their customer service department is useless, I won't be buying from them again. Have now contacted Barclays who will refund any further withdrawals made by this company. Evidently it is set up as a continuous card payment which means it doesn't show up on your list of standing orders or direct debits, making it difficult to see and cancel. What really infuriates me is that large supposedly respectable companies don't seem bothered their customers are being scammed by this company.

Have just booked a room with travel lodge and guess what I can get £15.00 discount on my next purchase. Surprisingly I didn't take up the offer but was tempted to see how obvious it was that you were being scammed for £10.00 per month. Argos emailed me saying this company was one of their preferred partners, looks like several well known names are linked to this scam. I wonder if TVs watchdog could do anything to publicise it?

Unauthorised deductions from my bank account
Shopperdisc.co.uk have been taking £10 per month from our bank account every month for the last four months. They appear to have our visa card details as it is showing on my statement as "VIS". How do I get my money back and stop further payments from being taken?

unauthorised payments from my account
I have just discovered shopperdisc have been taking £10 per month from my account since April 2011. I managed to get hold of my supposed account details and cancelled my memebership, of which I had not signed up for. I also discovered when looking at my 'details' the card details they had were out of date so I don't understand how they could still have been taking money. Is there any way I can get all of my money back?

Yet another to have been done. This company have been taking money from my account since March 2011. I do not know what for and have certainly not authorized any such transactions. I have contacted the company and cancelled. They have offered a 3 month refund.( surely this is admitting they were wrong in taking the money in the first place). I am to be sent a refund form via email, but have also asked for it to be sent by post. One person I spoke to said I would have all my money refunded, when I asked for this in writing I was put through to her manager, who wasn't available a few minutes prior to this. I was told by the manager that they could not put anything in writing. THIS IS A SCAM. I hope no one else gets caught on this. Although reading all the complaints and reviews no one is aware that they are actually signing up for this in the first place.I shall be following this up by writing to the companies concerned including Rhyanair, where apparently shopperdisc got my details from when I booked flights on line.

For the past three months, I have been debited £10.00 each month. This debit is entirely unauthorised and has to be a Scam. How do I make contact with Shopperdisc to stop the debits and obtain a £30.00 refund?
