ripped offf

I too have just found this withdrawels as I am being retired and sortingout one bank acc to my main one when I found this shoppdisc withdrawing £10 per month,sometimes twice a month. I have contacted TSB to stop any more payments and their fraud dept as this has been,''as far as the bank can go'' from feb 2016so about £500 so far.I have never joined any club nor have I had any litliture from the club they have just been taking money,providing nothing so even if I did agree to join this club they have never done anything so to me that is fraud. If the bank cant do anything I will take it to the small claims court, but i'm not letting go.
