Dress quality and design not same as photo
So after not receiving my order in a timely time frame at all, I have since requested they cancel my entire order to which they were very nice and tried to convince me otherwise. I insisted they cancel it and provide refund immediately. Not so nice the...they responded insulting me and said I was placing blame on them for my mistake. I have since asked them in writing to cancel the order and provide confirmation 6 additional times...they will not even respond to my emails! I have filed an investigation with PayPal and will most likely advise my credit card attached to PayPal as well. Any one here ever have a resolution with them??

DO NOT order from this site. They are a complete waste of money. It took over a month for the dress to get shipped to me, it looks absolutely NOTHING like it does in the picture, the hems are all torn and it does not fit whatsoever. I ordered a size four and the dress doesn't even fit the waste of my size two friend. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

I ordered my wedding dress over 6 weeks ago. It still hasn't arrived! My wedding is 2 weeks tomorrow. They are ignoring my emails. From what i've read I deeply regret getting my hopes up for that lovely dress I saw in the picture. I have bought a last minute dress from TK Maxx. Bloody TB dress

I just don't get it. People work hard for there money, For not to get a response from TB- Dress. I just receive my dress its not like the picture on the web-site. My wedding is not that far away. This dress was not Ivory it was cream yellow this is a hole different dress. Just for you to ship it back it cost a lot. BEWARE LADIES!!! HEY IF I GET A RESPONCE I WILL POST IT.

I wish i would of saw this coments before =( I just place an order two wks ago am hoping for the best but with this reviews i don't knw what's going to hapen...ughh.. can some one please tell me if you order from United States how long it took for them to mail the orders? i would really appriciated.

I placed an order on jan 28th and my dress still haven't been made. I have sent thousands of mails and called twice to china, and all they do is giving me lame excuses and false promises. Im about to think thy just stole my money. I would never ever use it again!

I just think these people stole my money. It looks like a scam ! Very dissapointed, will never use them again

I ordered my dress on February 2. They keep telling me that it will take 22-28 days to process my dress. Well, it's been 37. I emailed them a few times and I receive the same reply each time. " It will take 22-28 days to process your dress and ship. Please contact us if you have any questions". My wedding is in 2 months, and I need a dress...!

Please contact PayPal!! The more complaints there are the more likely PayPal is to stop providing them service. I just had to go through it and it was terrible. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you have a claim with the card number that you used to purchase the dress. You put in a complaint after trying to contact the company and after they respond with the, "It is beautiful and we don't see anything wrong with the item, Would you please consider keeping it?" email, and then you will have a claim. They offered me a refund of $9 and told me that I would have to pay to ship it back. After talking to Paypal they will take into consideration the price it costs to ship the item back if the price out costs the price of the item purchased price. I hate that company. Please do not buy from there!!! The color was wrong, the material, the design, and it looked like it was made by a child trying out a sewing machine for the first time. Not to mention it showed up after the date of my event and even worse, the website states 3-5 days for processing and 2-8 for shipping, but they fail to tell you they will ship it out much later and they will continue to tell you to "please be patient, it is coming" when you bring it to their attention. Oh boy... please please please do not purchase from this terrible company!!

I wish they had reviews before I got suckered into buying. The reviews I found were mixed and so I thought I would take a chance and buy my dress online. They were great proces and all looked absolutely stunning. Hah! I received my dress it was horrible!!! It was fraying on the ends, stitching was just awful. LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! The other problems, you can't contact the compnay other than through email --they never get back to you. I hope anyone even thinks about ordering will look at the reviews First becauase if you buy it your pretty much going to be donating your money! DO NOT BUY FROM TBDRESS! If its too good to be true than it most likely is

I ordered a bright blue dress and recived a white dress. It took them over a month to send the dress and now i cant do anything about it. My prom is less than a month away and have to keep the dress. I will never order online again!!

DRESSES TOTALLY DO NOT FIT..THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND AND THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH THE DRESSES NEVER FIT RIGHT.KNOW MANY FRIENDS THAT TRIED THEM AND HAVE COMPAINTS!

OH WOW SMH same here. I ordered my dress and it didn't fit and they refuse to give me my refund back. They gave me the run around for 3 months. There customer service is horrible!!! I bought my dress in december 2011 and in march 2012 they told me they would refund me $20 out of $210!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I see that someone else said that tbdresses.com are the same..thanks for that advice cause my friend was going to order from them. I will be posting on every site that there is letting ppl know about tidebuy. I open a complaint and with my bank. I hope I get my money back :-(

i really wish i would have read this before. i just ordered a dress for from from TBdress about three weeks ago but it hasnt come yet, even though it said 2-5 days. now im afraid of what it will look like if it ever does get here.

I ordered a wedding dress and a bridesmaid dress from this website. I was so caught up in the elegant picture of the dress and the inexpensive price that I did not do enough research. The wedding dress was the first to arrive, I was so excited I ran to the door when the UPS man rang the bell. My first clue should have been that it was coming from China, second that it came in an envelope not a box. I opened the envelope to find a pale pink, not white dress that was two sizes too big and made for a women who has been blessed with large boobs. Which is not me :( It weighed at least 5 lbs and should have been a light airy dress. The beading was more like what is used on stage costumes and not in the right pattern or place on the dress. When the bridesmaid dress arrived I already knew to expect less then average work and coloring. The color was lighter, the skirt was not completely stitched to the bodice and the hem was crooked. I have read enough reviews now to know that I am out the money. I have now desire to put that horrible dress on again to take the pictures or video they require only to be told I am not getting a refund. No to mention who knows what they may use the pictures for later. Luckily I was able to still afford a dress from a more reputable site and am once again happy and excited. For those of you out there trying to make the decision to buy or not to buy from this site.... DO NOT BUY!!!

Worried now
Great just ordered my wedding dress from them a week ago cuz I got caught up in the beauty of the dress in the picture....over excited I guess and then I come across these reviews...ughhhh...I wish I wuda seen these b4 I ordered...I guess I better start looking for another dress...If my dress is as horrible as everyone else's I will also complain to PayPal because they need to make sure the business is reputable before they even allow them to use there services..such BS that this company is still scamming and selling crapy dresses to ppl and PayPal is processing the payment!

Dear ladies, didn't you do your research before ordering? The company is Chinese, not American, regardless that the "person" that answers the comments on the page is named Cathy. Plus, didn't the word CHEAP mean anything to you?!? What did you expect??? What kind of wedding dress do you expect to receive for 150 $ ?!?
This page (TBDRESS) is a scam for naive people that they think they can get more for less. But you have to admit they have impressive collection of one of the finest dresses in the world. So, chose a picture, find a tailor and make it work for you

Never order dresses from this company!!! I ordered a wedding gown on March 10, 2012. When the dress arrived - 1 month later - it was the wrong color, wrong size, and the stitching was misaligned - causing the dress to hang asymmetrically. This place is located somewhere in China, which means that reaching someone in customer service is impossible. The dress I ordered looked like something a high school student would have made in a beginners sewing class. I am absolutely disappointed with this company and would NOT advise anyone from ordering anything from them.

I order a prom dress for my daughter a week ago when I go online to track her order, I get a message saying the order doesn't exist. I've sent several messages to the compay but no response. I will be reporting this company to my state attorney general office and the better business bureau, I should have check the reviews before ordering from this company! A complete RIP OFF!
