These people are crooks!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress one size larger than what I usually wear. The dress I received said it was one size larger, but measurements proved it to be two sizes smaller. They offered me a 40% refund. After investigating this, I see how they make their money. They refund 40% then resell for full price. The guarentee a 100% customer satifiaction, but do follow through on this guarentee. They keep saying it is too expensive to return. I offered to pay for shipping if they would give me my full refund. I received an email back saying "last offer 50% refund" take it or leave it. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM TH IS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM TB DRESS !!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM TB DRESS. ORDERED 4 DRESSES. THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE. CONTACTED THEM SO I CAN RETURN THEM AND TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE WHEN I GOT PAYPAL INVOLVED. THE CS REP SAID I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE, AND THE COULD NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND PER THEIR POLICY. NOWHERE IN THE POLICY DOES IT SAY THEY WON'T RETURN THE FULL AN=MOUNT OF THE PURCHASE.
LONG STORY SHORT I GOT $26.76 BACK FROM A $166.00 PURCHASE NOT TO MENTION THE LOSS FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE. ALWAYS LOOK FOR REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING AN ONLINE PURCHASE I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING FROM THESE CROOKS. THIS WAS DEFINITELY A HARD LESSON LEARNED AND HOPEFULLY I WILL SAVE SOMEONE ELSE FROM MAKING A SERIOUS MISTAKE.
