i have the same issue like you and i called my bank, they gave the number to call deadseakit.com but none of the number i could reach then i went back to the website where i ordered the stuff and this is what i find out:

I have the had the same issue, however i contacted them and they referred me to their terms and conditions. I have to admit, I did not go over them and their terms do clearly state the pricing. I asked the support rep to cancel the refill program and so they did. Overall happy with their products and I feel a little dumb for not reading their terms and conditions but i can't blame them.

Overcharged for trial
I was suppose to be charge $1.97 for the trial kit and you charged me $9.95. The order page never gave me a prompt to enter the promo code of FRIEND.
Please cancel my order - I do not even want the trial kit.

I recieved the dead sea kit which i should have been charged $5.95, instead i was charged $89.95 for presumably the trial kit. I can not use the products. It makes my face break out. I have tried to contact them but I have not been able to get thru anything or anyone. I just want to cancel this Subscription. Web-no help! Phone-no help. Someone HELP!! Martha Taylor

I was charged $89.95 for the deadseakit which I did not really approve. I would like to cancel my order, but cannot contact the company. Their FL phone # only says the mailbox is full, try again. How can I cancel this???? HELP

I was charged $5.95 and I never received the kit. Please tell me how to contact these people or who to forward my complaint. This is a scam and they are avoiding prosecution with peoples money.

The risk free offer - do not believe it , I did not receive my risk free trial until 2 weeks later after , then ( had not received it yet) billed me $89.95 out of my account ,it was to late to cancel. You never get the chance to do what they say , you can do. I don't know about anyone else but I will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Not only on this but , anywhere I can let people know about what happened to me , I will. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AND IT SUCKS

This a BIG FRAUD!! Everyone is stateing the same sisuation that I have had just happen to me,absoultly crazy when you feel you have your ducks all in a row...Then something like this happen...You cant even speak to anyone and their answering service is always full with messages....How can this be fixed? $89.95 was taken from me with no PERMISSION......I havent even recieved the 14 day free trial,so I dont even know if this product even exsists!!!Please HELP if you have a solution to this problem!!!!!!!

I ordered a sample at $9.95 and later I got billed for $89.95. This is a real SCAM.
Fraudulent Co like that should-be zapped-out of business.
So... I signaled this to Master-Card and this is the only way to stop illegal payments.
Deadseakit.com is the type of business that stops people from buying on Internet.

Order never placed
I was offered a free gift of this product although never received it and was then charged $89.95 on my credit card.There is no phone number or address to contact these people and I want this investigated.I tried the BBB and white pages and there is no listing for this fraudulent company.

Just another victim of this "free offer" scam. I too fell for there get this free crap and like a fool gave my card number to cover the cost of shipping and handleing $5.95. Never recieved anything and the next time I heard from them was when I checked my statement there was a $89.95 charge for whatever. Luckily I called our bank, Wells Fargo' and the great people there saw that this was a scam and immediately refunded our money. BEWARE of free stuff and the ole "just pay shipping and handleing" line. You will be sorry. Remember nothing is ever FREE! Hope no one else gets taken by these thieves and hopefully someone will do some jail time. Thanks, E. Wiseman

Cannot seem to cancel any further shipments. Called the phone number--cannot be reached. Used the e-mail address printed on the box of www.deadseakit.com and kept being told that [email protected] is not listed (registered) with them. I tried over and over and kept getting the same reply. I did not add the aol.com they did.

on May 29, my mother noticed that $89:95 was removed from her acct from Dead Sea Kit. On May 5, I ordered the free kit and paid $5.95 s&h fee. They mailed the product after 14 days and since it had not been return after the 14 days grace period they can charge your credit card the $89.95. My mother has had to cancel all credit cards and checking accounts to make sure this company gets no more of her money. It has taken 5 days of going to the bank to take care of this matter and to top this off my aunt did the same thing as we did with Dead Sea Kit and they charged her the same but she has never received the kit but was charged for it. This company has 5 diff., names that they go by so they don't always use Dead Sea Kit. Phone is a joke and the email is no good. So u have noway of canceling your order. This is one big scam and since they are oversea's it had to fill fraud charges thru the courts. What a damn shame.

Dead Sea Kit(free sample)
I ordered, paid and received the "free Sample"
I eventually received this before I could try out the sample, they had debited my Visa card for £59.95
I have cancelled any future payments with Visa but they are unable to refund any monies already on the statement.
Any help would be appreciated.

I ordered a sample kit on 05/30/12, and my bank account was debited $5.95 for shipping costs. Today my check card was debited another $89.95 that I did not authorize. I have had to cancel my check card # and wait for a new one. I have also called my my bank to report this as a fraud. I have read about the other scams and wish to warn other prospective consumers about what happened. I, too, will tell anyone I know about this scam.

I ordered a free trial samples and paid £7.95 GBP for shipping and found out they had taken £57.00 GBP from my bank account without consulting me or with my authorization. I am furious these scumbags arn,t being brought to justice over this scam..i did recieve my " free trial" but that was all what a rip-off .i hope these people get their just desserts !!!!

rdered this kit also fora one time charge10.90 then they charged my card 89.95 twice in 2 weeks. The credit card co.is trying to get my money back. they are also operating under the name ALLU ENTERPRISES and the phone # is 1-877-766-5110 out of NY I know I will never order on line again.

I sent it back unopened,returned did not order and please credit account. No response; this week they took $69.95 out of my account again. How do I get a response from this company. £3.95 was taken from my account for a trial kit by Jericho. when I checked my bank account as I do on a regular basis I noticed I had been refunded the £3.95. I have just checked again and noticed tha £57.95 has been taken from my account!! This was taken without any prior notice. What is going on!! I have received the kit - but wished I hadn't.!
