i to got caught by this, people just phone your bank and tell them your card is lost or stolen problem sorted no card which will be blocked the thieving gits can not nick your money.

i woz over charged for a sample only three pounds sopoust to be they had charged me 58 pounds one and 68 pounds one another one they do rip people off they shood be stoped and i have told my bank aboute this problem

i too fell for the 'free' offer and paid the postage and handling charge of £3.95 this week they took £57.95 frm my bank acc (a lot of money for me as a one parent family on a low income) without my authorisation, have tried to contact them without any luck tried to find the company with trademark rights only to find that company was dissolved last year ! IT IS ONE BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!

You will be sorry you even looked at this FREE sample kit.....Do not order or even think of giving them your credit card number....
I have had to contact the credit card and put stops pn any further money put on my card, as they feel they can do when ever they want....They such you in with the Free sample which again I never ever got, now I find out it is just part of the package....long confusing story, but I highly recomment.......DO NOT EVEN GET INVOLVED .....and if you have the chance CANCEL everything now..

This company is a scam. I purchased the trial beauty kit for £3.99p i was quite satisfied with the kit and would probably have re purchased more, but unfortunatley when logging on to my bank i realized that they had drawn £57.00 out of my account. I have not recieved any top up products off them and wasn't aware at the time that i would be automaticly billed every month has they did not make this clear when i originally ordered the trial size. If anyone has ordered products off them get onto your bank imeadiately and stop the payments.

I was entering PCH contest and they asked me to take a survey. I took the survey and as a consolation prize I won a trial size Dead Sea Beauty Kit. All I had to do was pay the $5.95 shipping and handling charges. I did this and now they have charged me for the entire Kit for $89.95. I was not suppose to be charged for the kit. It was a prize! I see it was a fraudulent ruse to get me into their program. You call the 800# and no one answers, at least not a Real Person. The Voicemail is full. There is no way to contact them to clear this problem up. I filed a complaint with my bank at which the charge was filed and they are investigating it.I am still out of $89.95 plus the $5.95 handling and shipping charges. This was no Prize!!!!!!

I was sold a free trial kit, just pay postage and now 16 days later I have been charged another £57.95 for my free trial kit. In very small print way,way down on their terms and conditions page it says that if not satisfied return product within 14 days otherwise they will charge you but this is not a free trial. Allover their advertising it states free trial, no mention of having to pay and getting signed up for more deliveries. The real terms are only stated so far away from the advert that unless you read every paragraph of a very lengthy terms and conditions it is easy to believe this a free trial which it certainly is not.

i recently received the free trial deadsea kit, then the mailman brought another today, which i refused to accept, so i'm telling you now,do not attempt to charge me for this. i did not order it, nor do i want it,so please make sure i am not charged one penny or i will be taking the matter further

They are FRAUDS
I registered for the FREE TRIAL KIT( which is really not the case) once you register you are basically giving them the authority to a direct debit...which i never seen. I paid £4 for the P&P which i received but 2 weeks later they they debited and amount of $57.96 from my account i immediately wrote to them and asked them why did they debit an amount from my account with me authorising it, they said that it was an auto fill which i cannot remember doing, I told them to refund my money immediately, they then asked me to send the deadsea kit back and then they will give my money back so had to pay £14 to send it back to them and now they have sent my money back......TOTAL THIEVES .
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BUYING THE DEADSEA PRODUCTS...NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

same thing happened to me cant find out there phone number or email addressonly got £4 00 from me I cancelled payment before they tried to get it from my bank acc They sent me another pk but I refused to take delivery if they want money will have to send me invoice Also I sent letter to Israel telling them not to send any more dont know if thjs will stop them got to wait and see

cancellation of product
cannot get in touch with anyone to cancell account. have been receiving a kit every 2 weeks instead of 30 days. answering service always full cannot leave a message. having trouble even logging on check my account i thought that might help to find a way to cancel but no luck. if any of you find a way to get through for cancellation please post it. i will be contacting my credit card company in the meantime to see what i can do

I had the same scam pulled on me. I completed a 'survey' for something called 'Servads', DO NOT take the FREE trial offer at $9.95. I completed the survey in good faith and gave them my credit card number to charge the $9.95 for 'SHIPPING' costs. When I got my credit card statement there was a charge of $89.95, WHAT A SCAM, THIS IS DEFINITELY FRAUD AND SOMEONE should be investigating this company. When I signed up for the shipping charges there were no 'conditions' available for me to read. I submitted a requested to [email protected] and told them not to charge my credit card for any further charges. We will see if that works.

They claimed I just had to pay shipping and handling and then charged me that plus 89.95 to my account.I need to return this stuff,and I haven't opened the containers.Does anyone think I can just ship it back to them and they can credit my account?

I company is lying to their customers just to get their credit card number and charge you what .They tell you one thing and do another. I will never order from this company again, I hope you do the same.
