I gave my bank account for free shipping just £5.99, while you withdraw £97.82 and £97.95 twice on 27 and 28 Feb 2013. I was shocked to found. There was supposed to be a free sample for trial and then after trial, it depended whether I like it or not. It is totally fraud and I want my money back

i ordered the deadseakit free trial and paid for the shipping i was led to believe it was for free trial and i would send it back rather than pay £97.95 which was taken out of my bank on 4th march 13 i can not afford this out of my job seekers allowance and even if that was not the case you did not have mypermissionn to take money out of my bank account you should return my money straight away as it is never possible to speak to anyone

I recieved the dead sea kit which i should have been charged $3.99, instead i was charged $97.95 for presumably the trial kit. I do not use the products, I do not even want the trial kit.. I just want to cancel this order and I want my money back.

like many others I ordered this Free trial kit but within a few days had read all the complaints and realised it is just one big scam-i have emailed the co by loging into my account and cancelled the auto matic refill and requested a uk address to return the goods-i also contacted my bank and requested a new card cancelling the old one so they cannot take any more money-I would like to thank everyone who has given advice to do this and am v sorry for all those who have lost money through this disgraceful company-It is unlikely I will get a uk address but in hindsight probably not worth returning as they have been opened making them worthless to the Co! so whats the point!!

Oh dear....aftervreading all these stories...we've all been scammed! the unfortunate thingnis though it doesnt give us our money back though does it. 4 amounts have been taken from my bank:

I feel very annoyed that companies like this get away with it! I am with "Jules g" comment, yes we should all contact Watch dog, but I don't really know how.

I was offered a free trial of this product and they said I only had to pay for postage and packaging of £4.95.. Next think I know is that these people have taken nearly £200.00 from my credit card and I never authorised it. Its absolutely shocking that they can get away with this scam they have got to have made 100s of thousands of pounds from this scam and they are getting away with it the police should be brought in. this is theft nd there is no other word for it

charged me 2.95 for shipping and handling , for free beauty kit ,then took £97.00 out of my account without my permission. all as i asked for was a free beauty set as advertised with a cost of 2.95 for shipping costs. this company needs to pay for robbing peoples hard earned money.

The same as all the other complaints, I have had £195.57 taken from my bank account & cannot get a response from them by email. This is disgraceful & needs to be addressed by Facebook as that is where the advert is to be found. I doubt if I will get my money back, but iIcertainly won't let them take more in 30 days time. Any advice or help would be gratefully appreciated.

ordered trial creams to only pay postage three weeks later they have taken 97.35 out my account and became overdrawn and got bank charges now the bank cant refund me i seemingly have to contact the company and cancel, the bank also said they will probs take more money out even if i cancel. I'm so unhappy that these companies are allowed to trade and exist without no correspondence either and no address , cant believe I've so been conned .!!!!!!

Free trial offer
Purchased a trial kit for the postage price of 2 pounds 95 pence which i thought was great. There was nothing to say either in small print or in the advert of any other charges except for paying the postage and package i received the kit a month ago. When i went to withdraw money from my account i could'nt because money had been taken out , so i was unable to buy my weekly food shopping and pay a couple of bills. I came home and rang the bank straight away and they told me that £97.00 had been taken out of my account without my authorization by this company. I tried to ring them on several times but kept getting the answering machine.This is the BIGGIST SCAM EVER to geniune people like us who feel we were getting!something new to try and will seek legal advice.FRAUDSTERS1

Misleading thieves
This organisation has stolen from me twice now! I was sucked in to their misleading free trial, and this resulted in a lengthy e-mail battle to get some of my money back. Anyway, in the final e-mail between us it was agreed that I would not receive any more of their products, and no further charges would be taken from my bank account. Yesterday 12th March 2013 I arrived home to discover a guest at my house had taken delivery of a dead sea kit addressed to me, and only a few minutes later a neighbour arrived to deliver another pack she had accepted for me on 11th March. I immediatley checked with my bank and discovered they had already taken £100+ out of my account on the 9th March!!! I have now engaged the services of the bank legal team to recover my money. I will make a complaint about this organisation every way and everywhere I can in fact I have a plan that involves an IT expert!!!!!!!!!!

They offered me a "free trial" product and for $6.95 in shipping fees and then charged my credit card for $148.82 and $149.95 without my permission. I have a 30-day return policy and am returning their product within that time limit. No where was it stated the amount that would be charged. This company is a scam and must be shut down.

I have sent 27 e-mails to cancel contract. My bank reinbused me for the product charged against my charge card. I recently watched a show on TV called American Greed it appears this is the business practices of this company. If it s too good to be true run the other way. Please do not send me any more of your products it doesn't work for my skin type. Thank You

I recived my FREE ? dead sea face kit which I have not used and now found out they are taking out more money for another kit which I HAVE NOT RECIVED nor want. How do I stop then taking out anymore money, repaying back what they owe me and I need an adress to send the surposedly Free kit back?

Did not order this kit!
Out of the blue I have received the kit which I did not order! I ordered months ago and informed them that I did not wish to continue, especially as I am a pensioner and could not afford it. They were quite civil about it and I heard no more. If I find that you have been to my bank account without my permission I will take legal action. The unopened parcel is here and I refuse to send it back until you give me the money for postage

This product is via DS Marketing Ltd based Rugby, Warwickshire. This is the most disgraceful and irresponsible company. They ship out product to you, but they are not responsible for lost, damage ... of the parcel. But, if you do not return the trial product within 14 days, they will charge u £89.99, the full price of product. If it had been lost in the post, or never arrived, how I return the product. Even if you return the product, the customer need to take all the responsibility of it. In other words, both shipping out and returning the product, the company takes no responsibility.
I have no trust on this company, that I phone my credit card company and request to decline any further payment requested by this company.
To start with, I have no intention to try their 14 day free trial. But this is one night, I was asked to take part in a survey, it is said to be a FREE GIFT. Of course, they bold and highlighted the word "FREE GIFT", and let the "14 day trial if not return full payment is needed" sitting in the bottom left corner and grey out.
I accepted the free gift on 18/march/13, next day I emailed them over 10 times wanted to cancel the order and told them not to despatch, not a single reply, on 21/March/13 the parcel arrived, and I took it striagth to post office and sent it back as special recorded delivery cost me £6.00 ish.

Also, by accepting the free gift and sign on their website, and all customer was by default set to agreed "Auto Monthly Beauty Shipping". Fortunately, I found out the next day and log on to change it to "No Auto Shipping".
This company is terrible, just want your hard earned money. THEFT !!!!!
