deadsea kit free trial
Hi it seems like they are doing a good job in fooling people around what would you expect if you know that the main source or head office is based in Israel I think that said it all, just a bunch of thieves and layers. I have been told I won a free trial kit and they asked for £3.95 shipping fees only but this month they theft a further £59.95 just like that.
yes so Think that is an example to take on board to avoid falling in situations like that......

Dead Sea Kit
I applied for the trial kit for £4.95. I received it and then forgot about it due to memory problems. I am on a low income due to disability. I've now found that I have had £59.95 taken out of my account but have no warning. The bank is cancelling it but cannot get my money back for 24 hrs and I haven't got any money until then. The bank has given me a phone no but it just says if you do not know the extension that you want go back to main menu which it will not do so I can't even speak to anyone about it. Watch out otherwise you will suffer the same problem. i will never again apply for a trial kit. I haven't even tried it.

I had problems with dead sea too, but was able to get it fixed
You might want to log into your account on deadseakit.com and check the option to stop any further ordering. With anything like this you have to follow deadlines and read all the fine print. MOST OF ALL YOU HAVE TO BE PERSISTENT WHEN CONTACTING THESE COMPANIES!!!! More than likely it will take you more than one try, even if they say they will return the money. They, like any company never want to have to refund their customers, and they hope that you will forget all about asking for the money, and never actually refund you until you ask a second time. remember be PERSISTENT!!!!
first email [email protected]
And to have it handeled with utmost urgency email [email protected]

I ordered "free sample" at a cost of £3.99 for p & p, product arrived and I was pleased with it, but a few days later £59. 95 was taken from my account!. Then they passed my card information onto a company called Lush which then took over £62 from my account! All this without authorisation! I have now cancelled my visa card and my bank is investigating. Surely this has to be illegal

dead sea kit
Have taken a total of about £120 from my account for a 'trial' kit. Have not been able to get in touch with them as support page keeps crashing. I have contacted my bank and cancelled my debit card so they cannot take any more money from me. Let them contact me and ask me to pay anything and I'll see them in Court x

Beauty Kit Deat Sea
Hello there,
Complaint about the Dead Sea Beauty Kit
On September 2012 I signed into your Dead Sea Beauty Kit thinking that it was a free trial. I gave you access to my back account to take the postage change which was around £ 3.
I was shocked to discover that you changed me twice (September 25th and October 29th) each time a total of £ 44.95. I did not agree to this payment and I would like to pay it back and cancel my account immediately.
I tried several time to contact you to cancel my account without success, as I could not find any phone number or email to contact you.
I informed my bank and they will not authorise any more payment to your company. I am very disappointed with your product and your behaviour.

dead sea free trial
I was also a subject to this scam there are things you can do girlies, first I also tried phoning the company to return my free trial as I was led to believe that a free trial is what it is but ohhhhh noooooo you dont get nothing for free, thats when i should have realised what a scam it was, after trying to contact the company and sending numerous emails that were ignored I phoned my bank and explained the whole scam they then cancelled my debit card so that the company isnt able to take money from my account.
GIRLS CANCEL YOUR CARDS THAT THIS COMPANY HAVE ON RECORD ITS THE ONLY WAY GOOD LUCK

I ordered what I thought was a free sample of this product just paying the postage and packing of £3.95. I have just looked at my bank statement and find that hey have deducted £59.95. On looking at some reviews where other people that have done the same thing, sayingy that this "Company" will be taking this amount out of their accounts on a monthly basis as it was a 14 days free trial not a free sample. If in these 14 days the account wasn't cancelled they will need full payment. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to have £59.95 taken from my account. I feel that I have been misled (and I feel very foolish) that I didn't read all the terms and conditions. My bank is going to monitor my account and refund me any further deductions, but It seems that this is some sort of scam. My only consolation is that I am not alone in this and hope that other people will not fall into the same trap.

Dead Sea Kit and Collengenta
I ordered both items after 12 midnight a week ago. Sucked in by the word 'Free trial ' I didn't read terms and conditions so thought they were samples and I won only be charged for post and packaging. I received confirmation email straight after ordering and thenit was brought to my attention that I would be charge €89.95 for each item. I realised it was a scam as authentic purchases online always make sure the buyer is aware of how much the product is upfront. I straight away an email to cancel the products, this was within 20 minutes of ordering and I received an email stating that it was too late to cancel and the ordered had been created for shipping. I received the beauty kit after two days but the Collengenta hasnt arrived and its been ten days since I ordered. I've cancelled my credit card so no payments can be taken. This is a complete scam.

Deadsea Kit
I went to COSTCO online to search for a sectional sofa and was prompted to complete a survey at the end of which I was offered a FREE GIFT. I selected the DEAD SEA BEAUTY KIT, for which I was told I had to pay shipping costs of $5.95. I submitted my credit card information for the shipping costs and I received the trial kit a few days later, however, when I received my credit card statement, I noticed that not only was I charged $5.95 but I was also charged an extra $94.00 by DEADSEA BEAUTY KIT, but did not receive an extra kit! I read the fine print and nowhere did I see a clause indicating that I agreed to take further orders. This was supposed to be a FREE GIFT! for heavens sake! This company is very dishonest and even if I like their product, I will not order it because of their sneaky, unprofessional sales method! I have contacted my credit card company and I refuse to pay for a product that I did not order. This company must be stopped from ripping off members of the public!

Lush Illumination
To Malaika and yvph:
I have a phone number for Lush that has been working for me for all the problems I've had. Customer service has been working over-time to help me. They told me there was a back order for some of their products and were more than willing to work to with me on the charges. I called 888-239-1370. I don't know the UK number, but their email works wonders: [email protected]. Last time I called I asked them about Dead Sea Kit and they even had a number for me to call them! I guess they are sister companies that advertise together (that's what they said anyhow). 800-717-5794 for Dead Sea Kit. Good luck!
