deadsea beauty kit
Deadsea beauty kit returned to a p o box number 5381 on the day after it arrived, as it was not made clear that it was whole kit and not just a sample, as advertised.
I spoke to an american lady called emily on 0800-014-8149 who assured me that the automatic billing and delivery order would be cancelled and that my account would not be debited. This has not happened my account has been debited £87.95 and appeared on my statement today.
I understand that there have been other people in this position and would appreciate any help you can give to get this situation sorted out.
Many thanks

DeadSeaKit/Collagenta/DS Marketing
RE: DS Marketing, Collagenta, Dead Sea Kit, Jayco Cosmetics
To Whom it May Concern:
In an effort to protect others from this particular experience and in order to make others aware and hopefully prevent financial loss, not only for individuals, but for companies involved in fraud prevention, I am sharing my experience with you in regards to the aforementioned companies. It is possible there are more, but these are the ones I have been able to find.
On December 2, 2012, I ordered 2 trial products via the internet. The first was Collagenta and the second was Dead Sea Kit. The Collagenta was supposed to be a 14 day trial, though if you click on their policies attached to the site, it states that returns need to be made within 30 days. The Dead Sea Kit was a 30 day trial. I received the Dead Sea Kit on December 5, 2012, via Fed EX, and signed for it. To date, I have never received the Collagenta.
On December 21, 2012, I used the site communication tool to inform Collagenta that I had still not received their product and to cancel the request and refund my money. I did not receive a confirmation from them for this, but did not receive the product, so assumed they received the message.
On December 26, 2012, I received a text message from my bank that DS Marketing had made a debit to my account in the amount of $139.95. I immediately called my bank and learned that they had also attempted a second debit, which the bank declined.
I immediately attempted to contact DS Marketing about the debit, as I had never received the Collagenta trial and the Dead Sea Kit trial had not ended. I was unable to reach anyone at the company. I left multiple messages, but received no communication. I located 2 email addresses and proceeded to attempt contact this way. The email I received back from them, when I told them I was pursuing the matter with my bank was they would refund half if I did not pursue the matter with my bank.
Long story short, I was told I had received the Collagenta and had signed for it. In reality, what I signed for was the Dead Sea Kit (30 day trial). After the trial period, if the product is not returned, you are charged. However, the Dead Sea Trial was not up and I never received the Collagenta, which I notified the company of.
As soon as possible, I went to my bank to file a complaint. The bank advised me to destroy my card to prevent any further transactions from the company. I also went, on January 3, 2012, and shipped the return via Fed Ex. At the same time, I asked Fed Ex to research the deliveries for me. There was only one shipment to my address and it was the Dead Sea Kit (30 day trial).
I notified DS Marketing via email that the shipment had been made and forwarded them the tracking number. On Sunday, January 6, the claimed to have attempted to credit my account. However, the card was closed and they had already been made aware of this via multiple emails. After this, they stated they could not refund as the original card was closed, as per recommendation from the bank.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company via phone, which is impossible. They claim to not make outgoing phone calls (strange for any legitimate company). They/he/she, will communicate via e-mail, but it is short and random and does not serve to complete any conversation.
My belief is this. The company has established an elaborate scheme to steal from others. They have implemented policies which allow them to collect money for product, and when people attempt to protect themselves, they are again covered because they won’t make refunds unless it is to the original card, which, in many cases, including mine, are closed to protect the consumer from fraud. It is a vicious circle which serves the benefit them and harm innocent people financially.
I f you search the company online and on scam sites, you will find multiple complaints from others who have been in the same situation with this scam.
I am asking that you look into this matter and share this information with your employees and then with consumers through your bank. I am including all email communication I have had with the “company” as well as with Fed Ex and my bank. I am asking that the people who fall prey to this scam be protected, which will, in turn, protect financial institutions. Please take time to check this information for yourself.
Please feel free to contact me at any time with any questions you may have.
Sincerely,
Sherri Helterbran

Charged shipping fee but NO trial kit received
Ordered two things that day - the Collagenta serum and the Dead Sea Trial Kit. Never received the Dead Sea trial kit. Received the other product and the stupid shipping company put both things on the same tracking order and when I try to track them they both say I signed for it, BUT I only received Collengenta product.

deadsea free trail kit
I too have been taken in by these evil fraudsters, I was charged £6.95 shipping costs where it was supposed to be $3.95. Then £89.99 was taken out of my bank account without authorisation.I have e. mailed them and they insist that the offer was a 2 week free trail. I have replied saying that the offer only stated a free trail not a 2 week free trail.I have informed the bank and they have blocked any further transactions. I have also been in touch with the watch dog programme and i am awaiting a reply. They have to be stopped!!!!!!

received advertizing for free gift from DeadSea products
I received advertizing from Dead Sea with my American express card. It said Free gift for you just pay the shipping ($9.95) Little did I know that the "free" gift will cost me $139.95 US. I complained to my credit card company, had to cancel my card to prevent any further charges. I did send the company an e-mail and got a response that it was my fault that I did not see the terms and conditions. I am sure that if the so called terms would be boldly advertized there would not be so many complains. I offered to mail it back to them but they would not provide the address and told me that it is over 14 days and they cannot take it back. I received the bloody kit about ten days after I ordered it. Please be careful, do not order anything from this company. If you want the dead sea products there is a company in Israel called AHAVA, great product and no fraud. I am not even sure that the product they send is from dead sea. Please tell all your friends and family about it, maybe we will be able to put them out of business.

Deadseakit
I responded to the advert from the above company which advertised a free trial of their product, paying only for the postage. Nothing was asking for a return of the goods, and I have been conned into paying two amounts of £87.95 and £87.82. The product itself does not do what it is advertised to do, and if I could have the address of the company I will return the goods, and get a refund.

Dead Sea beauty.com
I too stupidly have fallen for this scam. I was not sent a confirmation e-mail and called my credit company to find out that this company have taken double the money for delivery than stated in the advert for a free trial. I was told that I cannot stop payment and there is no address to cancel. I will now have to wait to see if they take further money from my account and if so start fraud proceedings through the card. I feel such an idiot.
