there is some new information on the website for the flat iron and the RV parks - it to me is a consent letter in order to look at the books - i am hoping that if anyone reads the letter that they will understand better than me, i am thinking it sounds like the judge let them win - i am hoping not - please get back to me on this - thanks

Grant Thornton is the Bankruptcy Trustee for the properties under receivership. They're not going to have any info about the criminal court case in provincial court.

We have seen Jessica Alford around with Drybrough. I guess she does not mind helping him spend stolen investor cash. She served us once at Craft, a complete airhead. Her sister Jocylene Alford is the Calgary ladies golf champ. She chats on twitter with Drybrough all the time. Clearly she is ready to accept a scum sucking fraudster like Drybrough into the family. Maybe the father Tom Alford should step in.

Has anyone try to file lawsuit to the small claim court?
This could be a waste of effort, but at least this add more trouble to these fraudsters.

Class Action Lawsuit
These guys have many many lawsuits against the web of companies under the Lucid umbrella. There is essentially nothing left of these companies so suing them is a waste of time. A class action directly against these two assclowns needs to be started so stolen investor cash can be found. These guys have clearly hidden cash. Investors need to power to find and freeze personal assets and bank accounts.

These two lying thieving pricks couldn't operate a lemon stand let alone a legitimate business. I always wondered where the money came from for these coffee shops. Investors money for other projects went to sustain and open the coffee shops. It will all come out. Has anybody heard anything about the court process and charges that have been layed?

A Case Management hearing scheduled for January 10, 2013 was 'put over' to February 07, 2013.
No surprise - looks like the same old tactics - extending and dragging out the court's business for as long as possible.

Drybrough and Kennedy do not think they need to obey court orders. How these guy have not been charged with contemp of court is a mystery to us. In addition, they get their legal fees paid for by the receiver. These guys have snubbed thier noses at the courts many times. Lets hope this all comes into play when they are eventually convicted and sentence for criminal fraud.
