Lucid Fraud Contact Your MLA
Investors you need to contact your MLAs! With every new piece of information that comes out about how Lucid conducted its business leads to a clear picture of out and out fraud. The ASC needs to be pressured into coming out with something on this. The fact that Drybrough and Kennedy are still out there doing business speaks to the urgency that the ASC and other authorites need to take action to protect the public from these predators. These guys have nothing more to lose now in screwing people. They have committed such a large scale fraud over the last few years what fraud they commit now really no longer matters to them. They seem to have the mentallity that there will be no consequences for them. We have to make our voices heard to bring these fraudster to justice.

Good luck getting any traction going to your MLA. Adam is in pretty tight with the PC's. Might have better luck contacting someone from the WRP. Adam has pissed enough of the WRP via twitter that they might make a big deal out of it.
I agree that Blaine has set Adam up to the pastie. Not saying Adam is innocent, but he thinks he'll be able to walk away unscathed. On the plus side, Adam will be pretty popular in prison

Adam Drybrough is a pathetic little worm who likes to think he is politically connected. Soon the Lucid fraud will explode onto the front pages. Nobody political or otherwise wants anything to do with him. The buzz has started in political circles and in media newsrooms about Lucid. Reporters are now investigating and building stories. They are waiting for the ASC come out with something on this to pull the trigger on reporting this massive fraud. Adam, you had better hidden stolen investor money well and have made plans to get out of the country because once this thing gets exposed you are in for a world of hurt. Your stolen money will be gone, you will a convicted criminal and your life as you know it will be over in your early 30s. I am sure your buddy Kennedy has his exit plan. He was known as a piece of shit con man before Lucid anyway. We only can hope the worst for you because that is what you deserve.

I would like anyone posting on sites to stop calling these two predators. Adam Drybourgh and Blaine Kennedy are simply
parasites. I like to think of Adam as a tapeworm (from being so far up Blaine's ass) and Blaine as a leach(very slimey). Like any parasite once you pull them off and leave them in the sun they shrivel up.
Calling these losers anything but a parasite gives them too much credit.

I think these two guys think they are way more connected than they really are. They are living in their own fantasy world, can't wait for their little fairy tale to end, it is coming very soon. Regulators are meeting with me later this week, this will beak open very soon now. Can't wait to see the look on their parasitic faces on the cover of the Herald and the national press release that will go out from the ASC.

Fight Against Lucid
Adam knows exactly what he is doing. They both have no shame or ethics. They are out there to burn our money on Stampede and parties. We need to stop them. We should organize an event for all investors to meet and discuss how best we can take them down. We are all fighting individual fights against them, one group fight could take them down. We also need to know who their alliances are at the PC party and pressure them to expose them. They have received a lot of help to from the PC party to pressure in getting them their deals. Now they have to help the public get whatever funds they can get out of the fraudsters. I honestly thought they got stuck with bad times but they have had many opportunities to help their investors and their trades that they have screwed.

Fight against Lucid don't believe for a minute these guys have any compassion or business sense. When things went sideways last year it could have been the market correction, but honestly how can every single thing they touched fail. If they had have had the investors best interests at heart they would have communicated with us, but they chose to run and hide,not answer their phones or emails, move to a new location and not let the investors know. The bankruptcy proceedings are a sham, Blaine is not suitable to be involved in the exempt markets. These guys are jerks plain and simple. They raised money from investors and now it is all gone they don't have the balls to tell the investors what happened and we're the money went. They had a chance to do the right thing, their actions have portrayed who they truly are. Con men, fraud artists, unethical, and not to be trusted.

Lost Contact With Lucid
Finally I found this website that shines some light on what may be happening to Lucid. I am an investor who bought the Lucid American Investment Fund about 3 years ago. Last year I no longer able to contact Lucid or Harrington Capital. I summit a compliant to ASC in April 2012. The ASC advised me to find a lawyer, but it didn't provide me anything about what is going on with the company.
Thank you everyone on this forum who put detail information about Lucid and its owner. At least I have a sense of what's going on. It looks like I am already a victim of the Lucid investment project. I knew the risk when I invest my money, but scam wasn't supposed to be one of the risk when I sign the Memorandum. Like many of you, I wonder where are the money now, and how Lucid has operated with my money.
I will contact ASC again and see if I can get more information from them.

Now that Adam does't have any restaurants to hang out at, he spends a lot more time at home. He's also has less friends to hang with now that he can't bribe them with well paying jobs. Land Rover
He stopped driving the Land Rover awhile back when the lease ended. He's driving Lucid's old truck as his credit is worthless and Blaine won't share the wealth. Don't know if he still has the Harley. He could never drive the stupid thing, too much of a poofter. We'd always laugh at him when he tried. I think I heard him mention that his dad's car is in his garage.

Adam Drybrough's Houses
Earlier this year both Drybrough's and Kennedy's homes were both up for sale, bank foreclosures. Both of them are "owned" by Drybrough. Later this spring they quickly came off the market. The timing is coincidental with the mystery $1.4M drawn from the Ft. Mac RV park to a undisclosed recipient. Once investigators start diving into the money trail for all of Lucid's scams it won't be hard to trace investor cash directly into the pockets of these two ass clowns. These guys are too stupid and greedy to hide money.

Adam and Blaine met back when the CK3 scam was falling apart, the CK3 Scam stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from people who thought they were buying replica cars but really the money was only going to Blaine and Conrad Cini to pay for their real Ferrari’s and Royals Royce and a lifestyle neither one of them could afford. Back then all the same things happened , builder liens, employee wages not paid, taxes unpaid, leases and mortgages in default, in the end Conrad went to jail for stalking and abuse on his mistress, they arrested him after he broke into her mother’s house and found him hiding under the bed...lol. Google “Louise Gallagher" and you can check out the book she wrote or watch the show "Devil in a Pinstripe Suit". This will give you an idea of the kind of people Blaine and Adam are. Blaine and Conrad squandered every dime they got from that scam and when it was done Blaine was broke and looking for his next scam, and in came Adam Drybrough a rich kid with daddy's money and contacts, Notice how you never heard of Blaine Kennedy’s name in any advertisements or news publications
Looking back at the CK3 scam everything looks the same only at a much larger scale, it shows who is really in charge "Blaine Kennedy" is and “Adam Drybrough" let Blaine hide behind him and pull the strings with the dreams of being rich like his dad.
As with the CK3 scam i'm sure all the money has already been squandered and Blaine Kennedy will move on to his next scam leaving Adam holding the bag

If everything people are saying about Adam is true,And I do believe everyone because I experienced the same treatment.No returned calls,(he does'nt even have voice mail).no returned Emails,If you want to have any sort of conversation with Adam you would have to track him down like a repo man.And most importantly he has'nt paid me a dime that he owes me.
You have to wonder why he would do this because I'm sure he would have been successful in life without resorting to this kind of behavior.
Greed I guess,Oh well it's going to catch up to him someday.His mother will be so proud.

Chiasso Coffee Co Renos
Somehow with everything going broke at Lucid they are doing some renovations at the 17th Ave Chiasso Coffee Co. Also on 17th I do not see any activity at the Belle Starr Saloon project. Our theory, they have got an unsuspecting contractor doing these minor renos at Chiasso with the goal of sucking that contractor into working on Belle Starr where that contractor will get screwed like every contractor that has ever dealt with Adam Drybrough and Blaine Kennedy. Contractors be warned. Do not work on the Belle Starr Saloon! Several contractors have already shafted on this project.

Thanks for that update, I have to go downtown tomorrow and will make sure I stop into the coffee shop and let the people doing the renovations know the type of guys they are dealing with. I doubt if they were paid up front for the work they are doing. Hopefully Adam or Blaine are there, I'm in the mood to create a scene. Although they could be dipping into that pile of Investor cash stash that is probably hidden somewhere. Ass clowns.

Adam has about 3 guys working under their L2 Constructors name that have been doing 'carpentry' type work at Belle Starr from the beginning so possibly it's these guys doing the work at Chiasso. I'm sure they're getting paid handsomely from all of our investor money.
