This is the biggest scam nobody seems to be doing anything about i got a" free" kit at 3.99 they took £87 from my account because I didn't know you had to return it unopened within fourteen days or get charged the above amount of money I emailed them telling them how I felt also not to send anymore they agreed now another kit arrived they have charged another £69 I returned the kit unopened straight away still no money back I've had to change my account number.Someone must be able to track these thieves down loads of people have complained can anyone help I don't have a phone number in this country for them

They said £3.99 for a trial size then they took without my permission £89 from my account I emailed them at no time does their advert mention anything about this amount of money.They replied saying I should've returned it within 14 days I told I didn't want anymore they agreed I was out last week when my husband sighed for a parcel he thought it was a book I was waiting for no! it was another kit I sent it back straight away unopened they then took another £69 from my account even though I'd returned it the postage was another £ 7.98 to return this is a disgrace that this company are stealing from people it's a scam and they're getting away with it I've noticed loads of people have complained on other sites.I can't get a phone number for them in this country I've had to change my bank account.
Please help me get my money back I'm a pensioner or get me a contact number

This is a big fraud everyone is stating the same thing I cancelled my order but they are still sending me the useless products and taking £69.95 out of my account. I've emailed them got no reply I've contacted my bank to stop all transactions to this company and they informed me they have delt with a number of complaints about this company dsmarketing ltd London nw11 take my advice don't fall for it!!!!

Money taken from my account
I ordered the sample beauty kit which is nice, but was horrified to find 97.95 was taken from my account without my knowledge. Please can you tell me what the reason for this is, as I have not received any further products
, and now makes it a £100.00 for three little pots. I would like this money refunded back into my account ASAP, as it has now left my account in the red. I am a pensioner so do not have 97.95 to splash out. Please can I have you response by return.

as many other people I have been ripped off by this company I believed to be exepting a free trial witch I payed £2.95 and then they took £95.00 pound I have now informed my bank and they advised me to inform the police .I don't know if enyone else have been told this mary

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A HUGE BIG SCAM. I ORDERED THE FREE TRIAL, YOU PAY FOR THE POSTAGE ONLY. I ALSO ORDERED AT THE SAME TIME, COLLANGENTA SERUM, THEY ARE BOTH THE SAME COMPANY. I HAD TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT 2 LOTS OF £97 AFTER THE GOODS HAD ARRIVED. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE TELEPHONE NUMBER IN EAST FINCHLEY LONDON BUT IT WAS ONLY AN ANSWER PHONE. I HAVE ALSO E-MAIL BUT HAD NO REPLY. I HAVE SINCE HAD ANOTHER SUPPLY, WITH £68 TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT TWICE. I WENT INTO THE COMPANIES WEB SITE AND WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT I COULDNT BELEIVE THEY HAD ME ON AN AUTO RE-FILL EVERY MONTH. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS. I HAVE NOW BEEN IN CONTACT WITH MY BANK, I AM GOING THROUGH A VISA DISPUTE. I DIDNT PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD AS THE INITIAL AMOUNT WAS SO SMALL BUT NOW NO MATTER HOW SMALL I WILL USE MY CREDIT CARD, AS YOU HAVE COVER FOR THIS SORT OF THING HAPPENING. I AM HOPING I WIN MY DISPUTE AND GET MY MONEY BACK. THE PERSON FROM MY BANK SAID THEY HAVE HAD A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY, SO THEY WILL NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION.

I paid the $6.95 for the sample and told them my face broke out and I didn't want any further product the next month a charge of $143. was applied to my visa. I called the bank and told them I did not authorize them to take it and I received no further product. The bank told me I didn't have to pay and they would deal with the situation. Thank goodnes I check my statements.

Like many others, I too have been scammed by the company and cannot get "customer satisfaction. The only means of contact and luckily they did reply was through email. They are rude and are taking money from people by misleading them with their "free trial" and then charge the customer's credit card. They do not provide "return" policy information with the trial kit. They also charge an outrageous amount for their products, which are "trial" size. It is a shame that they can advertise like this and get away with it.
After reading the reviews, everyone seems to have experienced the same that I have and I feel this company needs to be halted!

I too, like many others, have been mislead by the Dead Sea Beauty Kit "free trial" advertisement. This company is not concerned of customer satisfaction. They charge the customer's card after a 2 week period when the product is not worth it and also takes time to be mailed. This is wrong and they need to be halted. The only means of communication is email, in that they answer very rudely are not attentive to the customer's concern. They take people's money and this is wrong! Their advertising is misleading and if you get the product delivered, there is no "return policy" information with the kit. The consumer at this time is not aware of "their policy" when the product arrives. They are making ALOT of money off of misinformed and mislead consumers! They should not be allowed to advertise on the web and people need to be aware and warned of this company. Thank you.

Goods not even recieved
I sent for the no risk trial offer,which was £2.95 for postage.Never got the goods.Then £68 was taken out of my account within a few days without my permission/.I contacted my bank who were very heplful.They said they would try and get my money back,but that was in November 2012,Nothing so far. Its seems that this company are making alot of money without sending out the goods.They need to be stopped

those dick heads took from me roughly £134. i ordered once it was 4.99 and 3 weeks later ,they send me three more products i have not ordered i went to my bank, they block my account and gave me a new account, but they could not the money back. it was so annoying that they twisted the law and found a loop hole in it so unfair!!! cunts!!!

FRAUD!!! SCAM!!!
Internet add stated that I could receive a free sample if I paid the postage & handling of $9.95. There was no mention of a 14 day Trial!!! I was checking my credit card today for another issue when I saw that Dead Sea had taken over $300.00 from my Account!!!
After reading all the comments, I guess I have to take it as a "hard learned" lesson, the funds have alredy gone through my account..... haven't even used product yet, but would never imagine this was going to cost me $300.00!
This is definately a Scam & try to tell who ever you can. Do not except and "Free Samples"
I am so angry with these people & I don't want it to happen to anyone else.
Some people, like my self can not afford to have scambies taking $ out of my account.

$300.00 is what they took from my account, when they told me I would only have to pay $9.95 for shipping & handling because they needed people to test before they went to market. Received Pkg. with No paperwork what so ever.....
Then noticed by accident today that they had taken over $300.00 from my account.
Am I Angry, Oh Yes! But from reading all the numerous complaints, the email doesn't work, their phone # doesn't work, & there is really no way of contacting these people unless you want to BUY something..
Pleas assist me in making this common knowledge to everone you know so they don't have to go through this SCAM

I was scammed!!!!!
I was told on line that I would pay $5.99 for the trial product & the shipping was $3.99. I rec'd the trial kit. I don't see anything about putting $150 on my credit card. I am on a disability pension and I had to tell my landlord I was short on my rent. I am going to report this to the BBB. Obviously this company wont last long. I wouldn't even use the product. I have a friend who is a chemist to see if what they claim is true. Also I had bladder surgery because I have terminal cancer. I'm so sick but this still is not right. I was in no condition to mail this back!!! My family want to talk to a lawyer who's a family friend. I will try my hardest to get our money back.

Then my bank statement arrived today showing they have taken another £97.95 from my account. I looked at their website and found numerous other people have had the same thing happen to them - HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS?

I thought the free trial was a pocket size container like you get at cosmetics counters. I tried to cancel the order, through the website www.deadseakit.com, but was informed I would have to pay shipping charges to Israel. However I was given the product at a reduced rate of $49.95 Canadian and assured that I would not be receiving any more shipments. That was in January. Now in April I was sent another complete package and billed $97.95 Canadian. I have emailed the company and I am waiting for a response. My credit card company gave me a phone number that was on my statement 1-855-676-6405. I have tried the number but couldn't reach anyone. I have since blocked my credit card number and will be receiving a new card shortly. With the blocked card number the company can only credit the account, not debit. At this point in time, I feel like cancelling the internet!!!!!!

What a bunch of scammers.......I too got scammed...It cost me $149.95...Lesson learned. But I keep getting this junk...I got a kit this morning.It is going back to them...maybe they can can use it on their slippery hands. They should not be able to prey on people this way!!!Is there anything I can do to stop delivery of this junk.I did not sign for this STUFF.Please put a stop to them.
