deadseakit & collagenta free trial
Same as all the guys who filed their complaints.
I ordered the deadsea beauty kit and collagenta on 2013 Mar 07. Received the kit in 2~3 weeks. There was no invoice and no return address. I went back to the website to get the telephone # to call, but there was no answer and I was asked by a voice message to leave my name and email address, so that they could respond. I went onto their website on Mar 07 or 08 to cancel their shipment, but on Mar 26, this company charged me $149.95+148.82=$298.77. I have no way of returning the kit and the collagenta to this company and they were not answering my phone call.

I let my credit card company know that they withdrew money without authorization and they are looking into it. I am letting the BBB know about it. I will be emailing my Member of Parliament to let them know. I will be informing the Federal Government of their SCAM. I have an email from them stating that they will be refunding my money and if they don't I have the email as proof and I will be taking them to court. I will not stop until these scumbags refund my money. DO NOT order this product and if you do you will not receive any customer satisfaction. They should all be ashamed of themselves but I guarantee they are not. Their Customer Satisfaction Specialists are all a bunch of uneducated pinheads. Period

scam artists i want my money back i never agreed to paying 150.00 a bottle and now im being charged every month i dont want this crap it doesnt work and i will be contacting my visa to stop any payments to dead sea free trail rip off aut to be ashamed of yourselves for scamming so many people !!!

my mum is 72 years old as like you no telephone number or address could be found so went to the head office at the bank to cancel all money going to these people which they have done so like you if money needed will have to write to me with a invoice the bank fraud office is looking into them as well

Unable to cancel order
Like everyone else, i signed up to £3.95 trial order, only to realise afterwards that this meant I would be expected to pay the full £90 odd pounds after 14 days unless i returned the product. From reading all these reviews, its clear that sending it straight back will be expensive, and unlikely to stop them from charging me.
I just went into my account on the dead sea website using the log in details they gave me in my receipt email. Surprise, surprise, looking at "my account" it shows that they have signed me up automatically for autorefill at £45 per month! I didn't see that in the small print anywhere!!!! I changed it to the "no refill" options which funnily enough, they say they don't recommend. Scammers!
So, after paying the trial price and reading these reviews, i have been straight to my bank and cancelled my debit card so that they will not be able to charge me anything else. I have emailed them and tried phoning them to advise not to send me any products, but have not had an response. Therefore, if they do now send me products they will be the ones who are out of pocket.
My advice- if you have paid this company anything at all then cancel your bank card immediately and change your account settings with them.
Absolute thieves!

Further to the above....i had an email from these people saying:

money taken from my account
I received a sample kit from you acc 260590. today you have taken £96.75 from my account. I never agreed to an account being set up, surely you have not taken this amount for the sample. I have not used this kit so \i would like to send it back to you and this withdral refunded. if not I will be taken legal action against you you are fraudulent and should be investigated.

I too have been conned. I replied to an ad on facebook for product testers - only pay postage.
Collegenta are now trying to take money every month out of my bank account. The change the amount and their name each time, making it impossible for the bank to stop them.

Yes it's a big scam. I spoke to my bank who are going to try to block all future charges, so contact your banks and see if they can do this. Also I couldn't remember if I gave them bank details or my debit card details so I cancelled my debit/checking card as well. I also reported them to facebook as I clicked on a link from facebook, so depending on where you found the information report them. Good luck everyone. It does suck.

Collegenta Deadsea serum - This is the worst company imaginable - please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THING FROM THEM. They will not allow you to change your mind, i did after 1 and a half hours but even though it was at midnight they said it was too late it had been dispatched. I returned the item at a cost of £9.50 to Israel that the post office said could only be tracked until it left the UK as Israel do no track items, I emailed to say it was returned and they are now asking for a photo of the package and the tracking of the parcel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

did not full terms untill i realised somthing was wrong
I sent off for free trial and received 3 weeks later but 3 weeks after that got another delivery ,I did think this was strange and still have this thinking a mistake had been made and was waiting for letter to say return this and then today another delivery with no paper work to say why .I have just contacted my bank and have had hundreds of pounds taken from my account from this company so logged on to see what I can find out and found the very small print that if you don't return in 14 days they charge full price but still didn't see anything to say they would keep sending and charging every 3-4 weeks at the moment I think ive lost about £900.00 and I cant work out how to stop this

This company is scum.
After signing up for a "free trial" they stole a total £265.72p from my bank account.
I would like to fill the jars with dog poo and send them back. Yes, pretty disgusting I know, but nowhere near as disgusting as what they have done to me.
This awful scam needs to be fully investigated.

being charged for something I have not received and no longer wish to receive
I have just been contacted by the fraud people at my bank asking me to verify that you have tried to take money from my account on two occasions. I do not want your company trying to take money out of my account for items I have not ordered. My skin is so sensitive that I cannot wear you products.

Scam. Keeps charging Credit Card. Company doesn't answer phone calls
This is a total SCAM! They charged my card twice for a total amount of $250! I called and called and left numerous messages, and no one has eer gotten back to me! No live person answers the call. It just goes straight to voicemail!

SCAM -THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE CHARGED
I USED MY CREDIT CARD PAYING $4.95 SHIPPING. WAS PROMISED THAT THE KIT WOULD BE RECEIVED IN 2 DAYS. AFTER ONE WEEK AND MY TRACKING THE PACKAGE AFTER 3 DAYS I FOUND OUT THAT NO SUCH PACKAGE WAS SENT AND THE ORDER WAS A HOAX. I EMAILED ASKING THAT MY MONEY BE REFUNDED BY REVERSING THE CHARGES AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN-AROUND FOR TWO WEEKS. TO THIS DAY I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT I AM GOING TO PURSUE THIS MATTER UNTIL THESE THIEVES ARE FOUND AND CHARGED. I DO NOT CARE IF IT IS $4-95. ITS THE PRINCIPLE THAT COUNTS.

Dead Sea Kit Trial
I also ordered this as it seemed like a good deal. Also without scrolling all the way to the bottom of the screen to read the small print. They have taken the full amount of £97.95 14 days after I recieved the trial product. Product can only be returned if not open. How can you try something without opening it? I also applied to trial two other products which I can't remember what they was as my computer crashed twice whilst completing the task. (It is old.) To my amazement on my credit card there are three payments come out on the same date 10th May for £2.78, £2.75 and £3.99 all delivery charges for my trial products which have not been recieved. The transaction decription is Amazon *Mktplce EU-UK/LUX L2338.

Chargec my Visa
I ordered and received The Dead Sea Beauty Kit. I was charged $5.95 for postage and handling, with a 14 day return trial and no money to be charged to my Visa account.
I was not able to use the product as it caused very itchy and blurred vision. I returned the product. I also returnedthe packing slip with the product noting that they should not charge my Visa account.
Well, they did - amount of $149.50.
There is no phone number or address where I can reach this company. I returned it to their marketing company address on the box mailing label. Now, I don't even have that address as I trusted, in good faith, that this was a reputable company as are other internet companies I have dealt with in the past. Now, I am leery of this and will think long and hard before ordering product from anyone other than widely known companies who value their reputations.
The company I returned this product to is called: DS MARKETING. They are somewhere in the greater GTA, but I am unable to produce a proper address or telephone number. I returned the product by Express Mail and according to the tracker number I know they received the product I returned.
How do I get my Visa credited for the $149.50, which they had no problem charging?
These people are fraudulent and should be investigated.
