Money taken from my account
After answering a Survey on the Net, I was told they were offering me a gift to thank me and I could chose from 2 items.
I chose the Dead Sea Kit and when I clicked on it, they requested thatI pay the postage for 4,95$ which I did on my credit card.
I received the kit and was quite pleased with my gift. About two weeks after, I was charged $149,99 on my credit card. I thought it was a mistake and communicated with my credit card company. They say they cannot help me as I authorized them to use my credit card and I did not read their Terms and Conditions, which I didn't even notice. I know that they will bill me again 30 days later and I do not want this. I tried they phone no but it does not work. I wrote to them asking them ot stop this. If they don't, what am I supposed to do ?

DeadSeaKit. They even managed to charge my cc twice having wrong information such is the expiry date of the cc. There should be something to be done to stop this fraudsters. Where can we complain about?

This is the biggest bunch of bull shit EVER! I was doing online banking and this survey appeared. It wanted to know if I would do this short survey for RBC and they would send a small kit for appreciation. I had to pay $5.95 for shipping. I never, ever fell into a scam. But tought this was ok, cause with my bank I have been with for 25 years now. I received the product. Threw away the packaging. Visa was charged and 2 weeks later visa was charged again. They added $149.95 for whatever reason. I cannot return cause not original packaging. I cannot talk to anyone. I have been looking online and trying to call any number I can find and leaving messages. I have been on this for 2 full days. I contacted my Visa. Cancelled my card and emailed the frauds!
WOW, all that for nothing, cause I will never be refunded. I am a single Mom of 2 and work hard. I hope these assholes choke on anything they eat with the food they buy from my (our) money. I was brought up not to steal and this a riduculas. Lazy no good for nothing rip off artist. KARMA is a bitch and what goes around comes around. I hope terrible things on this fraud of a company and stealing people hard earned money. I will have to get over it and live my life a good citizen as always. So annoyed and enraged. Thieves are a disgrace to this world. No wonder our kids have no role models anymore. Asses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi Sir/madam,
I suddenly got a phone call -free gift and was told on Feb. 24, the skin product is in special price, $9.95. at the time, I even did not know the brand of product. I agreed to buy it by credit card.
After I received the product, -collagenta active serum 30ml. I got March monthly bill from my credit card company, $9.95 has been charged . then I got the April monthly bill, $148.82 has been charged to my credit card.
Now I was back to their website, then found special trial for this product and was aware of it, the product need to be returned by 14 days for the price of $9.95; otherwise, it would be charged 148.82. but at the time I did not get this information through the phone call.
I tried to reach them by phone, the phone is not in service. Then I contact them by email and told them I will cancel the order, return the unused product, and get a refund. Alex replied even I have returned product and is unable to get refund.
I returned the product on April 21 and contacted the credit card company to dispute the payment., however, the my credit card company disagree to dispute the payment, I paid $148.82 in order to avoid more interest. Now I have paid $158.77 plus I paid $10.78 postage to ship back the product.
Original, I only authorized to make payment at $9.95 at the time, but $148.82
it is a scam. There was everything happened too quickly, I could not believe I have paid over $170 and get nothing.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

I paid $158.84 for 30 ml of Collagenta active serum and returned the product without any refund.
do not buy anything from this company, it is Scam. Pleave never, never order anything from phone ...

I ordered a sample trial for £2.95 plus shipping £3.95 on 9th May and
was debited on my bank card. On 28th May I was charged £97.95 which I did not authorize.
I received a second parcel which I did not order.
I am calling my bank an will have to change accounts and debit card.
The company to whom the payment was made is Biogenixa.Com Mauritius
How do you stop these scams.

I filled out an online survey and ordered the FREE product (advertised), only paid postage. Then 2 weeks later I get a bill on the credit card for $149.95, and I emailed the company. They said that it was a TRIAL, that I had to send the cream back, and they put me on the autorefill. A total scam, I don't know if I can get my money back - credit card customer service useless. I emailed back to Deadsea to take me off the autorefill. Total scam.

Your advertisement shows that I only pay for shipping costs of $5.95. As well, without my permission, you have withdrawn $149.95 from my bank account.
You use deceptive advertising to trap people. Do you enjoy using people for your gain? You will sow what you reap.

i feel such an idiot i answered a survey and this free trial cost 3.99 i never thought much about it but in between ordering this i became unwell and was in hospital only to find out when i returned home that £95.50 had been taken out of my account.What a scam this is i would not mind so much but i have nothing to show for£95.50, and the total inconvenience of changing my bank card filling out forms and having to prove how i purchased this.As with all the rest of the comments i have no invoice for goods and no way of contacting this company either by phone or e mail.Please do not buy this product under any circumstances it is a scam and what infuriates me the most is that daily this company r making a fortune ripping people off.

Deadsea kit free trial?
I ordered a trial for the dead sea beauty kit and did receive it in April of this year. The agreement was that I would pay only the postage for the free trial no mention of you charging me 149.95. I only agreed to take the free trial and I understood that it would be my choice if I wanted more, which I did not order and have not received any other than the trial offer. I did not give you permission to charge my credit card for the 149.95, and I consider this fraud. I demand that you refund the amount of 149.95. I.understand from the credit company that this is a common practice for you. Well customers do not like to be used..

Just found £98 taken from my bank account from this company phoned my bank immediately and it was obvious they must have loads of calls connected to this company, the gentleman knew straight away that I had not read the terms and conditions and cancelled it should any more requests for payment be made, can't do anything about the £98 taken as well as the £3.95 for the trial, if you don't check your bank statement immediately you could end up with bank charges through this company, anyway where were the terms and conditions?

Unsolicited goods
I sent off for some small cheap samples of Dead Sea products - they were ok but not special but I now find i have been charged a ridiculous price for goods not ordered. A package was left in my porch and I cannot see where to return it to. They give details on their web site but I am sceptical about this
I advise anyone thinking of purchasing these products refrain from doing so

Dead Sea FREE TRIAL offer
I was charged twice for shipping prior to receiving creams which made me suspicious. I tried to cancel immediately but was told goods had already been been dispatched (which I very much doubt was the case). Bearing in mind this was a FREE TRIAL, I explored internet for information which was all very bad. As a result I contacted my bank to complain about having been charged twice for delivery and advising them not stop any future demands for payment. The next credit card statement came through with no charge but now another charge for £97.95 has gone though. My bank has however said it will refund this.
On further internet exploration I gather the company is in breach of an upheld complaint Ref A12-202609 of 28th November 2012/ Advertising Standards Authority. There are several listed breaches of Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2008.

I ordered a trial set and no more.
I emailed support@deadseacharm on 09/07/13 before my latest credit card bill arrived with the new amounts, but that has not been replied to.
I repeat my request to have my credit card re-imbursed and to have a postage voucher sent to me to return the second one.
Also please give me a full breakdown of the items paid for from my credit card.
PLEASE ALSO GIVE ME A UK ADDRESS TO SEND IT BACK TO.
The tracking number of the second package is #1Z 61A 684 68 6154 6316.
I am a pensioner and cannot afford this type of mistake.
IF I WANT MORE WHEN THE FIRST PACKAGE IS FINISHED I WILL ORDER IT THEN.

Paid the $5.95 shipping cost for free gift for doing a survey. Gave my Mastercard number as payment (bad news) - received gift however without further autorization my Mastercard was charged two more times for product not ordered nor received. Calling the 1 800 is useless. Don't fall for a free gift and never give you card number.
