Bonjour,
Le 25 février 2013 on a débité ma Visa de $5.95 ( avec mon accord )pour des frais de transport pour un kit de crème qu'on m'expédiait gratuitement.
Puis, le 15 mars 2013, j'ai découvert qu'on m'avait débité un montant de $149.95 pour ???? je ne sais quoi. Je n'ai rien commandé d'autre et surtout pas de ce montant.
Je vous demande donc de créditer ma Visa dans les plus brefs délais Le même numéro est associé aux deux charges sur mon compte Visa ( 8009031501) ce qui vous servira assurément pour retracer les deux transactions.

I have the same scam situation. I have tried email and phone both to 1800 and UK#, but no response. Cancelled my credit card, but still got charged for one auto shipment which I had never ordered! Did anyone resolve this problem? How? Please help asap!

Dead Sea Set kit advertised beauty products for free trial for $3.99. But they charged my credit card for $149.95. They have no contact number. This a huge scam. My credit card company is disputing this at this time but no result yet. A huge scam, so disgusting!!!

My husband got this trial on my behalf, and paid with my debit card. I checked my bank account and found I had paid 49,99 and this company has set up a standing order using my bank details without my permission. I tried to cancel, but because my husband
gave out my bank details, there is nothing I can do. I have lost 49.00 for absolutely nothing. I will be contacting Trading Standards in an effort to disuade these people from taking anymore money from my account.

Dead Sea Trial Kit
I seem to be victim of this scam to the tune of £97.50 + the original £3.95 p&p. This is so appalling. If anyone knows how to readdress this scam it would be so useful. I think they have banked the monies and that is that.
The trial kit is worthless. I could have bought my Helena Rubinstein for marginally less and better value.

This is a big fraud I have had money taken from my bank account that I did not authorise. My bank sent me copies of a form which stated I had agreed to their terms I did not but I cannot get anybody to beleive me. How can i cope with this cjarge of nearly 200 pound SOMEBODY HELP ME

I recived this so called free trail aswell used it a few times but it made my skin feel very dry was going to return it but no return addreess now there has been £98 taken out my bank account for 3 very small jars this is a complte scam will be phone cosumer rights in the morning

Stop taking my money
I signed up for free offers and the dead seas ask for a fee of $9.95 for free trial and then it ask for another $3.99 i did pay the two fees and received nothing from you nothing at all now my account is being debited $149.95 i would like to you to credit my account and stop any future transaction.

I received the beauty kit with no information about the trial and that i can return it or that i will be charged the full amount of £97. 95p
I was shocked when i received my statement of account then when on line. i have not used the product and will like to return it.

i have ordered their product once. three months later i got three products i have not ordered, i try to contact them but the number didn't reach them. so i blocked my account when i went to the bank. i couldn't get the money back. month later i got an email from them saying they have given the money back so i checked if it was true. but it was a lie. this is why you shouldn't buy from these companys the dead sea kit and dermajuvenate is just as BAD!

I went to post office and was told that to ship back to Israel it will cost 87.97I with a tracking #. To mail-regular mail is 11.45 but there is no tracking number it is mailed by boat. I have been trying to reach you to no avail. No need someone to call me asap at 613 614-2261. If no call back today. I will mail regular mail to you. I will call MasterCard and explain that this is a scam and refuse to pay any further payments. Awaiting your reply

Product delivered to wrong address and still charged for it even when I cancelled
When I received their product and tried it in December 2012, it did not agree with my coloured skin. I called them on this number 44107800556 immediately told the operator the problem the product had done to me. My face actually break out into acne because it was too oily and greasy. The operator said my account was cancelled and they will get back to me as regards to the problem. I never heard from them. However they went ahead and collected £87.65 from my account in January. I never knew because I had too many bills paid out that month. They again sent me another product but this time it was delivered to another address and I money was collected from my account again. My neighbour just gave me the parcel when she returned from her holiday trip.
I had been to the bank to check is there was any outstanding order set on my account and there was no deadsesbeautykit.com outstanding order set up. This means that the keep using the payment transaction used for the payment I made in December and cancelled before the 14days trial period.
I have sent them several emails on [email protected] and have called them again and again but there has been no reply. One lady picked up my call and when I gave her my name and complain, she hung-up on me.
How on earth could the expect someone to pay £87.65 for a product and they cannot take the responsibility that it is delivered on signatory to assure that it was received.
Secondly there is no invoice attached to it and directions on how to returned if not delivered.
Even a normal letter here in the UK has a returned addressto it. This is an illegal fraudulence act.
Please do not be the escape goat like me. Thanks

I have also been scammed by these people and have no way to contact them to cancel the order. No one picks up on their phone lines and they tell you to email them but there is no email given. I have had to cancel my Visa to get rid of them. I got the 2nd shipment before I even had the first even partially used. Crooks.

failure to deliver- no response
Don't deal with this company, they are a scam. They send you package through the mail, but don't have anyone sign to confirm the package was delivered! If you live in an apartment, they just leave the package out in the open where anyone can take it. I contact the company via e-mail (cause noone ever answers the phone - highly suspicious) and all they will say is that the package has been delivered. When i said i know this, but it was delivered to the wrong address all they do is repeat themselves. they don't care, they just want to take people's money. When checking out there website, you can't find any of the necessary information. THEY ARE A SCAM - DEAD SEA - don't order from them or do anything with them on line. They have not responded accordingly to any e-mails that I have sent them. BEWARE!!!!!!

I also ordered the deadseakit free trail, only shipping charges would apply. My credit card was charged $ 3.99 and $ 5.95. and now an other charge of $ 149.?? shows up on my credit card. I received the kit, three little chars of cream (made in Israel) Maybe I would have ordered follow up, but not this way, charging without my agreement. This is FRAUD. Haven't received anything follow up either as of yet.

These Dead Sea Products are a total Scam. Apply for a "Chargeback" refund from your Bank urgently - most people get one - and ask them to issue a new card. Complain to Advertising Standards Authority - they are still in breach of an upheld complaint: Ref A12-202609 of 28 Nov 2012. Complain to the UK supplier for DS Marketing "The Fulfilment Store" in Rugby, UK, on 01788545555. Complain to Citizens Advice Bureau on 08454 040506. Complain to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040. Complain to your local Trading Standards Office. All of these organisations can be emailed if you want to save money on the phone calls.
The goods supplied are in breach of The Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2008. Because... They do not have an ingredients list on the product or in the packaging and there is no leaflet supplied. There is no manufacturers address. There is no batch number present on any of the three items, and there is no expiry date. You should therefore consider them to be unsafe to use.

The best advice I can give about this disgusting organisation is to contact your bank immediately to stop any further payments being taken from your account. Okay, I was stupid enough to fall for this scam but have got away with just paying the shipping fee across two orders. One order being £1.99 and the other costing £4.95.
My bank is fully aware of this scam and have assured/guaranteed me that if they try to take any of my hard earned money from my account, I am now protected and will receive a refund. My bank have blocked this organisation but they may still be able to access my account. But as previously mentioned, my Bank will refund the transaction.
What alerted me to this scam was the confirmation email I received when ordering the free trial. I clicked on the website link and discovered that their was NO website, only an information page which I knew was not right. I then researched reviews on the internet and discovered that thousands of people had been scammed. This was when I IMMEDIATELY made contact with my Bank who assured me they are aware of this. I dealt with the Dispute Team who made notes on my account and told me that as soon as the shipping payments appeared on my statement (which I checked daily) to contact them again so they could finalise the process and block them. This only took three phone calls in total which has now given me peace of mind.
As for the free samples, they did arrive and have gone straight in the bin as I also discovered from my research that none of these products have been clinically tested. Do not use them as the consequences could be life changing. IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK!
The shocking thing is my Bank told me that reputable companies are allowing this disgusting organisation to feature their products on their advertising board. Companies like Channel 4 and Facebook should be ashamed of themselves.
Ladies, please please please, DO NOT use this product! I am so embarrassed that I fell for this scam, but so glad that I found out in time before they cleared out my Bank account.
I wish you all luck and hope that I may have helped some of you in some way with my review.
